I know some game stops sell nintendo 64 games. So I went to this store and the guy at the register asked if I needed help. So I asked if they had nintendo 64 games... He literally laughed in my face and asked if I was serious. I know I have seen a nintendo 64 stand there a couple months ago. He didnt even check to see if any other game stops had any. Very disappointed.

When I am looking to get a new game I always go to this gamestop because the customer service is really good. I live in Riverside and I always go out of the way just to get to the one in mira loma thats how good they are. Sometimes Ill ask the employees for advice on what games to get and they know what they are talking about.

Guy or girl at the register I always felt customer service was excellent. They have upgraded the inside and have expanded their product horizons. Much more space to walk around and awesome pop figures and other gamer gear to buy. I always end up buy a few pop toys because of the reasonable prices :)

Not so good experience today. I got an e-mail saying that my item is ready for pick-up so I went there and they said they cant find it. They were trying to help me until a lot of customers came in and told me to wait coz they have to attend other customer...so I left....feeling my time was waisted.

Do not buy older games here this GameStop kept getting my order wrong 4 times. They cant write a simple order for the correct console and the correct game.
