I went to the CB radio store after having huge problems with my SWR on my 16 Grand Cherokee and the Cobra CB/3ft Firestik setup I had tried to install. There is nowhere in the OC to get it done so I took a chance & drove out to Fontana. So glad I did! This shop is a bit hard to find but it is located in an old school mobile home right next to the truck wash. Met with Ron the tech guru. Out to my Cherokee we went and I explained my problems with my Cobra radio. First thing was improper grounding of the antenna base which I suspected. BUT there was more...something was killing the antenna signal & I sure had no clue...so after changing the base (Side mount attached to the body between the lift gate on the rear drivers side, which fits but it has to be mounted just right) and getting it well grounded we still had a lousy SWR reading. So Ron went piece by piece checking the antenna, the coax and the antenna connector. Bingo! I doubt I would have ever figured it out but there were small pieces of brass that had spit from the antenna base after being over tightened. These minuscule pieces were just enough to cause a short which destroyed the SWR readings. We were good to go and the swr readings were super. While talking with Ron I asked about any mods on the radio that would be helpful for my kind of use (moderate off road). He gave me a complete explanation of what he could do to help me achieve optimal performance. I went for it. So long story short... Ron found the issue I would have never found. He took the time to explain the why and the what, answered my endless questions and he didnt push me to buy anything I didnt need. Was it worth the money? Oh heck ya. (tad over 100.00) I paid for the parts that needed to be replaced, his time his knowledge and most important his experience and he got it done. My radio is working like a champ, I can actually carry on a conversation, all the NOAA stations function as they should, my SWR readings are most excellent and the install looks clean. I am now officially a happy camper!

Went to visit Ron because of his knowledge of CB’s and Mic wiring abilities. I have a 2015 GL1800 Goldwing that has an onboard CB system on it. I have moved away from the communication system on the bike and have started using the Sena SMH-10 Bluetooth headsets. Using the Sena I have lost the ability to transmit out on the CB, I can receive using the dash speakers but could not talk. J&M use to sell a mic you could put into your 5 pin din plug, but they discontinued this mic about 1 ½ ago, none to be found anywhere. So I went to Ron he looked at the din pin schematic that I brought him from the Goldwing and he grabbed a mic from his shelf took the wires apart tested it all and wired the din pin plug into the CB mic and PRESTO! It all worked great. I push down on the PTT button on the handle bars, talk into the mic and I am back to communicating using the CB again. Ron there is NO DOUBT you are a PRO man! Thank you for taking the time in doing the work. I highly recommend Ron and the CB Radio Store for all your CB needs.

Went in for a tune up on a PRO520. The guys there were very knowledgeable and had an answer for all my numerous questions. Ron did a great job on my 520 and got another 15 watts or so out of it. He also explained to me that my Astaitc mic is a good mike but not exactly compatible with the Pro 520. he showed me that the stock mic gets me another 5 watts out of the radio. This will be my GoTo CB shop from now on. Thank you Ron & Keith!

Went here to get an antenna for my truck & have it matched to my cb before going on a trip. What a great place. These guys know there stuff. The guys down are very helpful. They built my Chrome 29. They have receive upgrade they do that give you the ability to hear folks much further away than youve ever been able too. They hooked up my Jeep from selling me a Cobra 29 to the custom installation. They hid all the wiring under my roll cage padding. they had all the parts in stock including the bracket for my Jeep light. they spent the time to tune it properly and I would not go anywhere else and I live a hour away from their store. They came highly recommended from my Jeep group. They are the best !!!!

Got my Cobra 29 LX peak and tuned at this shop. Also had some other mods done to it as well as a reciever upgrade. Pretty nice guys who worked there and know exactly what theyre doing. They did the job the right way by not cutting the limiter. A little pricey but well worth the money. You get what you pay for!

I looked for a CB shop that was open on the weekend happened to find a cool establishment air condition great technician friendly made me feel welcome and not nervous or uncomfortable. Picked up a noise toy few brackets and easy experience and they took credit cards thank you CB radio shop you guys rock.

I wish I could post pictures. If you have an Old school rig these are the guys to do the job. I pulled in with my 1967 Toyota FJ45 pick up and they hooked me up, Paul did an Amazing job and I could not be happier.

They changed me 350$ for part and labor to install my inverter and the feus which they charge me 45$ each was too weak and its not working already after 6 months. I would never take my truck there again.
