Gaddy is wonderful. I have known him for about 15 years, when I was living in Laguna Beach. He helped me with endless computer malfunctions and I gradually learned to handle a lot of things myself. I have bought EVERY LAPTOP I have owned in the past 12 years from Gaddy. Or with Gaddys input. He has gone out of his way to help me find good, reasonable, sometimes refurbished laptops because mine have a high mortality rate due to constant travel and liquid abuse. he is generous and reasonably priced to a fault. He has driven half-way to Los Angeles multiple times to meet me, and service my computers. He has an extraordinary work ethic and a heart of gold.

He has saved us countless hours and dollars by taking a conservative "Keep it Simple" approach. His newsletter has timely tips with just the right amount of balance. Easily the best computer store in existence. I went to Microcenter originally to have my laptop repaired and they told me it would take weeks. I took it to Your Computer Store and the whole thing was done VERY WELL within less than a week. The customer service is great and the technicians are very competent and nice people, making the small shop take on a friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a computer repair in the area.

After my mother board was replaced, I kept getting an error message that the board was not validated. Gaddi told me to ignore it and a message that said I might be using counterfeit software. He then said he hoped he did not hear from me again. If you want an incomplete repair and rudeness, this is the place to go.
