We are a family of apple users. This store was the worst experience I have ever had with any product. We left a computer for repair. When they called to tell us it was ready, we told them we were out of the country and would not be able to retrieve it right away. No problem. When we went to get the computer, they had decided to get rid of it. They have a 30 day rule. It was 35 days when we came in. They had written down our email address incorrectly, but since we have many apple products, we are on file with them, they obviously also had our phone numbers. We did not recieve an notification whatsoever. Sr. Store Managers-Matt McDonald and Greg Ruiz were both extremely rude and very unhelpful. No solution was offered by either one of them, and they insisted that if we went up the chain of command the answer would be the same. "To bad, you should have picked it up on time" Well, we did go up the chain of command and spoke with Paul. Paul was helpful and offered to credit us with the cost we paid for the computer new. This was very generous and acceptable. When we later went to the store to purchase a new, more expensive computer, again these managers made it difficult. We have yet to resolve this, as those managers were again rude and offensive. Paul was on vacation, so we will have to resove on his return. Horrible, horrible service. Very arrogant, rude, offensive . We will NEVER shop here again, and probably will never shop at Apple again.

I experienced the worst customer service ever in my life at Apple store in Irvine Spectrum store, Irvine, Ca. I purchased one iphone 6s plus and one iphone 6s plus black leather case yesterday. When I came home and opened the leather case pack, it was damaged. Today I went back to return the case and showed the employee my receipt but unbelievably the rude employee there told me that I purchased this one year ago! and it is second hand!!! I was speechless, never had this kind of customer service before! it was my first purchase from apple, and Im 100% sure that it would be the last! She accused me of lying, I spent more than $860 and she was accusing me of lying for getting $50 back? what kind of customer service is that? Is it the policy of Apple??? Then she called her manager, Corey, she told me that she can not return this item, she told me Apple would not make such a thing!!! I am so sorry for Apple for having employees like them, for products with such awful quality, that sells crap and dont mind about customers. finally I left the case over there without my money back!

Recently brought my MacBook Pro here to have it serviced for a recall, bring it home and turn it on and see theres some overdue updates. As the computer restarted to complete the update, it didnt turn back on and suddenly nothing, nothing on it worked as soon as it shut off for the update. Not even the power button. I bring it back in a few days later when I had time to and a woman that was in charge of appointments tells me that all reservations are full. I told her that was fine and understandable, so I requested to drop it off which Ive done at the Apple store in Brea Mall and south coast Plaza before without issues. This woman tells me that unless I have an appt., they cant even accept my computer to be dropped off! It worked just fine before they got ahold of it, yet as soon as I had a recall service done to replace a wire it stops working and Im told I cant even drop it off without an appointment. I wont be coming here in the future, not only was she not helpful she was rude and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience theyve caused.

I love Apple computers, and they are generally very friendly and helpful at the store. However, when I purchased a new iMac, I had them do the migration service. This was my leap back to Mac from PC (Ive been switching back and forth from Mac to PC for the past 2 decades). They guaranteed 48 hours, and maybe it would be ready next day. Unfortunately, it was never ready the next day, nor by 48 hours. They assured me they were doing a thorough job. They should guarantee 72 hours, not 48 hours. Let alone they might be able to do it by the next day. Upon bringing it back home, I noticed they skipped the entire movie files - all my homemade movies, home video clips, etc. I also specifically requested to move bookmarks from Chrome and not other browsers, and they moved everything except for the Chrome bookmarks. I wonder what took them such a long time when they even do the complete job. I hope other Apple stores are better than this one.

Not a pleasure experience with this store today. I bought a new iPad from online and choose to pick up at Apple store at Spectrum. There are a lot of employees (more than customers) are standing around with green shirt and talking to each other. No employee approach to me, so I walked all the way to the end to see if anyone at counter would help me to get my iPad. Terms out I have to randomly approach to one of employees but still no greetings, no much facial expressions from him, no much eye contact, and he is chewing gum. Finally, I still get my iPad quickly. (+ star) Overall, I felt a bit awkward to come to this Apple store the way that they served me.

Very very bad service. I. Came in to buy a i7 15 screen 16gb ram macbook pro and he started to fill out a survey on the phone about my job and I answered a teacher then she advised me that Ill get the teacher discount and she presented the final price not like its great but she showed me the price like haha it cost $3k! I was like what happen to the discount and she went to her manager and he advised that I should be a Teacher in the USA. I wrote a big letter to apple regarding this store that needs an under cover boss and come see the sales they are missing. Thanks to apple inc they sent me my lab top.

My rating is based on their "incoming" phone service. Ive called the Spectrum location like seven times and all seven times Ive been on hold (listening to music), and the phone system has hung up on me. Youd think as the leaders in almost everything product they have, they could improve their stores phone systems. I shame on you apple, like I shame my puppy every time he pees in the house. When you call the store to speak to someone (i.e., hitting the "5" button), youll be told your place in line. Eventually youll get excited because you hear this: "You are the next call to be answered." But what that really means is that all the folks who heard the same thing before you finally gave up because they have no intention of answering. I put my phone on speaker while I read a book and after a half-hour of hearing "You are the next call to be answered" I hung up. In other words, the recording is deceptive. Hopefully folks in the store are more honest!
