MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT A MARKET. Absolute worst grocery market experience we have ever had. Never been in an El Super before, needed some items plus a desert for a dinner at relatives. Walked in and the place looked unorganized but I didnt really mind. The bakery was up front so we wanted to grab the cake first. What got me is when I wanted to ask for a cake, there was no line or mode of number taking or any organized way of being waited on. You could not access the cakes unless you waited for an employee... and it was at least 10 minutes just to point at a cake. She walked away without explaining what was going on. She was fiddling with a small machine and then she called her manager. They finally got back with me and handed me a sticker. It turns out we could not get the cake in our shopping basket until we paid for it, take the receipt back as proof and then and only then will they relinquish the $8.99 cake to our possession. We went to the reisters, there were not enough open, it took a while. When I got back with the receipt, I had to wait again for her to finish with her new customer to show proof of payment. When I finally got her attention and showed her the receipt she said she will get my cake ready. After a bit she handed me my cake in a box way to small for it and when I asked for the cake plastic large enough, she said those are for other cakes. There were at least 50-70 plastics on the table but I couldnt get her to place it in a container that would accommodate my cake... unbelievable. After I got the cake I decided not to purchase my other items nor will I every be a customer of El Super again. Awful experience! Google please offer half or quarter stars so I dont have to give this place a "full" star.

To whom it may concern.I will start by telling what my eyes see,I walk up to a meat butcher ,he appears to wear one plastic glove on left hand an as he helps filling orders I noticed this man using same glove for all meat pork,beef an chicken an the other to do checkout as he is doing checkouts ,he is resting his gloved hand on counter an continue helping others ,As first noticed this man appearing looks tinted with blood snear on his white appron.At point I felt my appetite for meat going out the door.Cross contamination is big problem I see here.Now I decied to check mini restaurant inside this store ,The person of serving has no social skills an that other two only know a few english words,At this point time was running an could not wait an hour to get the person that knows english to help me.At this time I move to fresh vegetables ,Broccoli an carrots an kecctuce are always over water.So I decied to just pick a loaf of bread.But the checkout lines are extreamelly long an there are only 2 Lines open ,so I decied it to put bread away an walked out.Note chicken has a really bad odor .

Al entrar los carritos para recolectar los productos están afuera y en mal estado, el área de carne apesta a sucio y sobre todo cuando estás comprando el mandados siempre andan los trabajadores caminando con las paletas cargadas de mercancía estorbando y en peligro de un accidente

malisimo el servcio las cajeras siempre estan de mal humor son muy lentas y asii son todas y la carne malisima le doy solo una estrella porke ay productos k tienen y me gustan pero tienen puro personal inexperto no me gusta :-(

This store is horrible, I hate going their the only reason I go is because its the closes to my house. Everyone I know goes elsewhere we just go their when we have no chance to shop somewhere else if it wast for that forget it I would never even step a foot their. Please fix your business. For yourselves and for your costumers!!! I was forced to click a star on your rating because if dont click a star it dosent let you sumit it!..

I dont know much about other El Super locations. I stopped shopping here. The meat here is exspensive, and sometimes the meat is 2 weeks old. So I dont buy much from here anymore. How I know its 2 weeks old? b/c the enzymes are dripping from the meat. El Super need to recreate the work environment.

The workers are rude and the customers are just as bad. I was in a very long unorganized line and this lady was trying to cut everyone in line. They only had 3 lines opens and they were moving very slow. Never going back here had better service at superior and Cardenas.

This El Super is actually really clean, easy to navigate and has good produce at a fair price. Ive been to other markets that carry their name that arent places Id like to shop at again, this one is a good one though.

Great variety of foods & drinks friendly staff, my only issue is you have to bag your own groceries, bring your own bags to get it done Faster. Great store, check out was Fast not to long of a wait.

Absolutely hate the long lines, they take too long to catch on that theres not enough cashiers available. They do not have antibacterial wipes for shopping carts. Prices are outrageous at times.
