Theres been times i ve gone for the deli and theyre closed i ask what time do they close and with a smug smile they answer. So i look at my watch and its still half hour to go but i guess they decide to close Early. They really are rude except for the young guy. A couple of times ive gone at night and the night worker came with a dolly and set it down blocking my walkway. Later i go to find out hes the one the cashiers call when they need money for the register. Another time i was in the seafood section as i walked away right before i passed the warehouse door a worker came speeding out on a forklift and almost hit me. So shop at your own risk. Its just a matter of time before they get a lawsuit. If they havent already. Another thing, i stopped going to food for less because the line is very long at nite and only 1-2 cashiers. Now it begun to be the same problem here. I just might end up at walmart from now on

Really bad experience, tonigth with the cashier "AURELIA" was really sarcastic asking for 2 Ids for a bottle CHANTEU STE MICHELLE WITH 14% alc i saw an another employee getting close to Aurelia to tell her close to hers ear "RELAX YOU BEING SO SARCASTIC" and she left and than the manager came and knew that hers cashier was being ovee sarcastic manager said its ok to the cashier, and than she scaned the bottle and was place on band and ave grabed my toilet paper and was scaned and AURELIA cashier trow the bottle at me phishing it with the paper, i told her why she trow the bottle at me? She completily ignored me, i was really disgusted she needs more custumer service training check the camera im not lying i felt that she was acting racist the time and date is July-15-2017 at 00:48:38 please dont ignore my comment store # 0046

Avoid going to this Winco. Brian The new so called “Manager” treat you like he is the king and certain groups of customers are his subjects. It is not a big deal for him if Winco employees (LAcole) laugh at customers and give them hard time just for fun, and when the customer complain Mr manager does nothing, not even call back, although he deceived the customer in believing that he will call him (what a character and leadership!!). He and LAcole (in the “customer DIS-service” dept.) looks down to certain people, and they feel free to mistreat them with no accountability or consequences. Yes, Winco has some low prices but does it worth it to be vulnerable for humiliation, and mistreatment by the employees (the owners) for the sake of saving few dollars, while they make money happily at your expense??!!

WinCo has amazing prices but this store is usually somewhat messy. I dont necessarily blame the staff or the management, but I will see some of the patrons who take meat from the refrigerated section and later they realize that they dont want to buy it and they put it in the magazine section rather than returning the package meat to the refrigerated section. I find this Behavior absolutely repulsive. Ive seen this happened numerous times where some individuals may get fresh produce and put it in the most bizarre places. Thus it is not necessarily the most welcoming atmosphere

I have been going here a few years because I love their prices and get the best deals... but I will say everytime is has been a customer service issue.. its like they hire people that are extremely rude and act like they hate their jobs... for one Ive worked customer service for the last 5 years it is my passion and it kills me to see how bad these employees treat people on a day to day basis... now I walk in their with my gaurd on and as a customer it should never be that way!!! You should always want your people to come back and shop not remember you as a bad experience!!

I love this store!BUT... Of course their is always that one employee who wants to ruin it. Im Im line in the "about 15 items" lane and as up to pay the cashier tells me I need to go to another lane because I had more than 15 items!!!!!! I HAD 19 items. If its strictly 15 items or less they should specify that and not put "about 15 items." I could not believe he made me put all my stuff back Im my shopping cart and move to another lane!!!!! This is beyond rude. They should really train those certain employees better with their customer service.

Apparently they dont care for their customers safety!!!! I just found a metal staple in the Ground beef. Theres been a couple of times Ive had pieces of bone in the Ground beef Ive got from here..but never anything like a staple! Im glad it wasnt in my 3yr old childs food, I had it in my food though, and it couldve easily cut the inside of my mouth, and gave me some type of infection. Im almost 7 months pregnant and Im imaging the issues a rusted staple couldve caused. THANKS WINCO!!!

I usually do my shopping at night. Thats when im off work, and its a good thing for me because thats when my favorite Cashier is there. Her name is Aurelia. She is the most attentive, quick to provide fast service. I always look for her. I highly recommend the service deli too you can chiose from a large selection of great tasting deli meats very tasty salads etc. This is my grocery store!

I love Win Co Foods I been shopping there for three months Im new to the city. Everytime I shop there I gotta get some fried chicken there chicken is so good but most of all theres and employee by the name of Zuleyma she always greets me with a smile and if I ask if I could have fresh chicken made she always says yes. Thanks Wincos and Zuleyma for the best customer service.

I really like Winco for their prices. The produce is great and you can get in and out fast. I like the whole idea of the staff having ownership in the company. I dont like the fact that the company is non-union. I also have some problems with the fact they dont take credit cards. Sometimes when people are in a jam they rely on the credit card.

At the Moreno Valley Winco, I watched a deli employee slice raw fish, and without changing her gloves, she sliced and handled a fresh watermelon. The employee evidently doesnt realize that the purpose of the gloves is to prevent cross contamination,and not to protect her hands from germs. The deli employees need better training.

First time going here and I LOVED it! Just be cautious, they do not take credit. (I found this out the hard way) Even though I had to call my bank in order to move funds around, the staff was VERY friendly and said it wasnt an issue at all. The prices were wonderful and I would definitely recommend it to anyone! :D

I am now a permanant shopper with WinCo...The prices are LOWER than WalMart ok...!!! look for your self...go ahead...it is worth the drive to their stores...The first one I shopped at was on Bear Valley Road in Hesperia when My wife was alive...the prices got my attention then and NOW ARE SET...Sparky
