Yeah I called ahead girlfriend wanted German chocolate cake in the middle of the NBA Playoffs go figure question mark but they said they had one they would hold it for me so I go in a lady behind the counter in the bakery department is helping who appears to be another long time customer Im fine with that she likes her pastrami turkey cut thin but then another lady Cuts between us and two other employees show up and they helped her it took two of them five minutes to get her one loaf of French bread then I say something because they start to leave the bakery section and I say excuse me can I get helped the other lady you spent five minutes helping cut in front of me and they said oh this lady will help you right here when shes done with the other customer and they both leave then another chick shows up and I asked can I get helped and she tells me the same thing the other lady will help me when shes done with the other customer Ive shopped there 14 years Ive spent $200 there a week guess what I will never shop there again I will go to Walmart

Cash register went down and instead of apologizing they moved the person whose card caused the problem to another line and left the rest of us standing there. Then they proceeded to help the others who got in line after the person they moved to the other register. manager Aaron was very rude and just ignored when we complained and didnt offer an apology at all, just told us to go to another line!

This Stater Bros has horrible service I went to get a cake and I waited 8 min for them to take my order even though there was no one in the bakery but me and after waited an additional 10 min for them to give me the cake never coming to this stater bros again!!!!!!!!

Best staters! The employees are AWESOME and super helpful. Their produce is overpriced but their meat is the best in the area. The sales are AWESOME! I BUY all my meat here being they are a butcher they will cut your meat to your thickness specifications.
