Standard establishment, At any point... I cant say the same for the horrible experience i had today this evening. When a homeless cames up to me and attacked me after having bought food. This person comes with a full fist hitting my vehicles window. Yet after I refusing to listen to him and grant him money. This person full of anger n hate. Lashes at me with such hostility. And if that wasnt enough this man attempted 3 other clear times to walk on foot, chase & follow as i tried to leave the parking lot in every witch way possiable only to attack me. Aiming to hit. Yet calling the RIALTO POLICE, they say quote, they cant arrest cause the guy didnt physically hit me. But they will check it out. Wow REALLY yet to do damage to my vehicle. Shocking & terrifying me n my family. Placing us in harms way as we try to leave safely with out further incidents. Wow what is Rialto coming to and having the right to travel to go get a simple pizza for dinner. SO BEWARE, of this man, African-American HOMELESS older man, mid 50s black n white shirt/fleece jacket with a black dirty pants & black beenie. Trying to beg for money trying to bother drivers as they use the drive thru at CESARS PIZZA & DEL TACO trying to wash windows for money & getting angry when others dont respond. Beware. Of the shopping center of Riverside & Mill/ Bloomington. Feb 4th 2017

I think El Super in Rialto deserve no stars, their meat is terrible they, wont feed their family that mess but they will sell it to us. I went to get some chicken when I got home I open up the package an my whole house was stinking, so I took it back with my receipt put the chicken on the counter with the bag open, so other customers could see what I was talking about, one lady in in line told me now you know not to by meat here, the same thing happen to me, so I told the cashier that I wanted my money, and she told me because my receipt was wet I had to get store credit so I told her I didnt want store credit because I dont plan on coming back here so I want to speak to someone higher than you all the time she was very nasty she rolled her eyes at me so many times I thought she had a problem, so a manger that she had called name Andy told her to give me my money so she did then she said the receipt is mine I looked at her and said now you think I am stupid and walked away I emailed the corporate office and no one have called me back. I want every one to just pay attention to what you buy life is short and you dont want to die from bad meat that they know they are selling.

The worst El Super I have ever been to. When I used to live in San Diego county & LA county (in several different cities), I always got my groceries esp meat & vegetables at el super. Staff are always friendly & helpful. So i thought after i moved to fontana I could still go here since the location is convenient, the price is great but this location just turned my experience & perspective to be a total nightmare. Today was the 3rd time i got ignored by the meat section & cashier. At the meat, they kept calling the numbers in Spanish & english and when it comes to mine, they stop using english & just Spanish, ive acknowledged the lady there what my no. is... & Yes im not mexican & dont speak Spanish & im not even from here but that shouldnt be a problem. At this point, i feel theyre pretty racist, they greet the Hispanics but not the non-hispanic at the door & at check out. Its just that its sad when u think that in this century humans should be more educated,open & have more common sense but reality is they still cant accept differences, selfish & ignorant... & Most important, these people are not even American!

Es una buena tienda con productos a precios muy aceptables, sobre todo cuando se aprovecha las especiales semanales, lo único malo de esa tienda y que hay que considerar es que las cajas siempre esta muy llenas o hay pocas abiertas, lo que hará un poco desagradable la ida a ese lugar.

Very ghetto!!!! They can sell produce so cheap because its literally rotten. I definitely wouldnt trust buying meat there if the produce is old already when they display it. They are very dirty and there is trash all over the parking lot and it blows all down the surrounding streets. Its better to go down the street a Lil ways and go to Stater bros. U might spend a Lil more but the produce is fresh and u dont have to worry about salmonella

El servicio al cliente es pésimo especialmente en las mañanas cuando hay mucha gente y sólo tienen 3 cajas abiertas y nunca respetan la caja de 10 artículos prefiero ir a otra parte.

The fresh fruit and vegetables are not at all fresh. The customer service is horrible. If you want cheap prices and horrible service this is where it is. Id rather pay a little bit more and get great customer service and actually get fresh fruits and vegetables. I work hard for my money and I expect to get the best.

If you have ever gone to the carniceria and have been called an apache or an indio posolero you can the employees by the name FATIMA AND MARTHA the lack of respect and common Courtesy they have is bad all over the store the employees are rude and have no manners whats so ever!!!!! Just shop somewhere ...... :-)

El super has been around for many years and Im personally glad that the grocers are still in business. They have an array of Mexican and American flavors that can be put together for the top chefs to burn (put it down) in the kitchen. If you havent visited El Super let the prices draw you inn.. ...Enjoy

Bad customer service... long lines and 3 check stands open?? Doesnt make sense. Managers just walk around looking the other way. They wear blue shirts. You wait in line longer than you shop. OK departments, except meat. Most of the times the meat does not look fresh, looks brown.

Always full. They have 2 or 3 registers open. Theres a young lady with color eyes at the meat section who has a nasty attitude. Which makes it less professional.
