Every visit for me sucks! But this one out did them all! I was on my phone making sure I had everything I needed with my husband. The cashier Michelle which my receipt says shes a manager.... hmmm... Well she greeted me as I did back. As I am finishing emptying my cart another employee asks paper or plastic. I answer plastic is fine please. As I am still on my phone I hear the employee tell the cashier Michelle "Whatever" as Michelle agrees with her saying "I know Im like the same way" ... you ladys were obviously bothered the fact I am on my phone... as I tell my husband I will call you back , they decide to start a full on convo right upfront of me. Michelle asking the employee how old is her brother now.... I mean really.... I got the hint... your a Manager.. you are an employee.... I am the CUSTOMER! A little more patience is a must! But seriously you ladys did not have to make it uncomfortable for me to pay... you ladys know who you are. You bagged my groceries and you look at me with the most hypocritical smile saying there you go... I mean how rude! Such a shame since its the closest Stater to my house! 4/14/16. 15:45:28

I love this stater Bros I go often ... But I got very irritated with an employee . A young lady at the cashier named Ana is really difficult ! She idd my husband and I for a lighter ... Not only that ! When we payed she got mad because I put the pin code in the ATM saying my husband was supposed to do it because it is his card! Like really lady its not that serious ! You work at STATER BROS !!

5+ stars for clean, Quality & price. Deli & meat get 4 stars...But the customer service at checkout is horrible. They are always having Personal conversation. Most of them dont smile or say hello and a lot of the time its managers at the checkout!!!! I continue to shop here because its so convenient walking distance from my home and I always support UNION shops.

I always go to this Staters as the other 2 in Fontana are so nasty! Anyways, I bought a pound of Cod on Sunday, I bbqd it & brought it to work today. I was shocked that 2 worms were coming out of the fish after microwaving it!!!!!!!!! I will go back to Sprouts from now on for any fish as it is fresh!

This is a well maintained and very clean store. Staff are friendly and attentive. Impressed with the selection especially the produce area. This store would give our best super markets in South Carolina a run for their money. So be thankful for what you have and quit whining.

Went and got a chocolate cake with white frosting. Picked it up and everything looked good on the outside. Went to cut it at birthday party and was a white cake inside. Even said chocolate on the plate it was on. How can we check it on the inside without ruining it.

My shopping experience was great. Easy to find things I went for. Cashier was friendly and quick. Jessica the Bagger was slow not into what she was doing and was more interested in what Louie the bagger in the next isle was having for lunch.

Every time i go there, the lines are absolutely ridiculous! It sucks, but its the nearest grocery store to me so i still end up going... Just be prepared for some long lines.
