I purchased my vehicle from Super Auto Sales in May 2017. The approval process was quick and easy. I was satisfied with that part of my purchase. Here is where the disappointment and unsatisfied part comes, the first issue I had was the day I drove it off the lot on my way home the stirring started to shake while accelerating and braking. I brought the car back in they took a look at it and took it to have the tires balanced. Picked it up the same day as I drove it around a little more and had my wife drive it we both noticed the car was pulling to the left hard. I called the dealer back and took it back in they took to have it looked at and there was a bubble in one of the tires along with it had bad brakes. They replaced the 1 tire and changed the brakes and rotors. A week later the check engine light comes on in the car. I called them up and they ask me to bring it down so they can check it out. I drop it off a few hours they called me back and said that it was ready to be picked up and the light came on due to a fuse loose. I pick up the car and it is running good for another 3 weeks and then it starts to jerk back and fourth when at a stop as if its gonna shut down. Then the check engine comes back on. At this point Im over this car I have had it barely a month and a half and I have had multiple issues with it. I write the dealer letting them know how unsatisfied I have became with the car due to all the issues. The reply I got was we are sorry to hear about all the problems but thats why you bought an extended warranty for issues like this. I was told that my warranty was bumper to bumper coverage. So I call my local Chevy dealer and take the car down to get looked at and give them my warranty. They call me to let me know what is going on with the car and that my total cost will be $200. I said doesnt my warranty cover this? They said my warranty doesnt cover the problem your car is having. Now I have to spend money out of my pocket to fix a car I have had barely 6 weeks. And I was told if I had any issues within 2 years or 24k miles it would be taken care of by the warranty I laid for at time of signing. I do not recommend purchasing from this dealer with all the issues I have had with the car I purchased from them.

Smile in your face and sell you a disgrace type dealership. They sold me a fraudulent vehicle and they will do the same to you. Dont buy from here. They just want to make a quick buck.

They get you approved but their prices are way too high
