Just got a great deal on a 2016 F150 EcoBoost 4x4! Ask for Josh. Ive been in the vehicle sales industry a long time and he understands the way deals need to be handled these days. I never felt pressured like I had to buy that day. I test drove a truck with full intentions of just seeing what the EcoBoost 3.5 drive like. I ended up shuffling some finances around to take advantage of some Black Friday rebates and buying the truck I took on a test drive. Josh was responsive the couple times I called him on his cell(a must for any salesman), he was friendly and relayed everything I was asking for in my deal without the usual(Im not sure if thats going to fly... I doubt they can do that but well try for you approach). Steve lined me up with a great rate and zero down, I was in and out in less time than any previous vehicle purchase. My wife and I have recently moved here from the SF bay area. We needed a vehicle so I began an internet search looking for a Ford product. Nick Johnson of Auburn Ford contacted me and found the right car at a great price. Not only did he find the car I wanted, but added on some extras to the car to give me exactly what I was looking for. I have bought many cars over the years and I always walked away feeling like I did not get a fair price. Well this time was completely different. I did my homework and felt I got a fair deal. Great staff and excellent service. I found Mr. Johnson friendly and actually cared about customer service. I came away feeling I was appreciated as a customer. the sales staff is exceptional. Unfortunately the sales manager could use a tune-up. After taking delivery of a used Edge, i told him that it was not clean. Found dirt/mud on the door seals. Grease on the interior. Sticky stuff on the interior. That was on a Friday. Requested that the 2014 f-150 i was purchasing on Monday be cleaned. It was not. Sand in the storage pockets. Door seals filthy. Door jams filthy. Mud underneath the vehicle. Even talked to Don jr., the owners son and told him about it. He said that they dont detail them until they are sold? said they can pick up grime on the way to the gas station. Guess the gas station was a ways down a muddy road. they have no pride in what they are doing.

Had rats get in my 5.0 Mustangs engine compartment.They ate everything that wasnt metal.Wires heat shield hoses plastic fluid containers invited their buddies over and whooped it up $2500.00.Took it to Auburn Ford they jumped on it ordered all new factory parts and had the entire engine detailed and fixed in 4 days.Courtesy shuttled me home and picked me up when it was ready. Very satisfied customer.

Went in for a simple software update and was told to go to honda by a service writer a d when asked to talk to a manager even the manager was rude and telling me to take my business else where. Then a sales person walked out in a threatening manner and walked chest to chest to me lol this is the worst ford dealership ever and the worst customer service. I would never go there

After sending me the wrong parts I had to reorder and they refused to a simple snap on which would have taken them less than a minute. I took the new part(a rearview mirror) to Strickly Toyanda in Auburn and they snapped it on for me at no cost. I love them. The parts department was helpful. Not the service department.

This is the worst experience I have every had the sales people were so unfriendly and nobody wanted to help me I was there 30 mins before a service advisor named gee rudely told me if the wait was to long to go somewhere else I left in tears. This dealership is the worst ever Be aware stay away
