Too many inquiries on my credit report and the problem with this is I had the discussion with Jamie before I even made application for acquisition of the GMC I purchased. I was told there would be one inquiry on my report , well there are 6 and possibly 7 as of today. I should of just went to my bank and got the loan myself and bypassed all the addons and inquiries. My credit is outstanding so they are probably selling the loan after the final purchase. I dont know but the inquiries kept coming in for a week after the purchase date. Not Happy about this. Other than that the sell was fine with me, Neil made it happen but I delt with three sales persons, First Kelly then Neil and Jamie. They all did a Fine job pulling the deal together. I will continue to do business with Folsom GMC but bring my own financing. Terrible detail job on the cleanup of the new GMC. This is the second New Gmc we purchased at Folsom GMC in 9 months and the detail shop does Not do a good job. Kelly got me to suit up and show up, Neil closed the deal. Thanks guys! Go get your detail team straight and get the 5 stars the dealership and customers deserve. After all it is a Brand New GMC and should appear as such upon delivery and at service intervals.

Bought a Chevy Traverse and thank god we purchased the extended warranty! It has in the service department about ever 4 months with the same issues. I took it in just before the extended warranty expired for the same re-occurring issues and they tried to charge a diagnostic fee, which my warranty covered and I had NEVER even been asked to pay. They did the diagnostic and repairs and parts added up to 5k! They had to get approval from the extended warranty company. After getting approval that afternoon, my car was ready the next morning. My husband and I became suspicious when they finished the list that quickly. Now a few months later ALL the same problems are back! My rear evaporator core has been replaced 4 times and still leaks! There is a permanent fix, but they couldnt manage to find the updated protocol for that. Multiple engine mounts have been broken and replaced since I bought it and now again I can hear my engine swaying and clunking and a clicking from my engine torquing when I accelerate or the car is down shifting as I slow down. Steering problems, many mechanical problems...the list was 11 items long. Im wondering if they actually fixed any of them....

My wife is usually the one who takes our Yukon in for Service, and each time she does, she tells me how nice the people in the Service department are. My Yukon is a 2007, and a message came up to service suspension. I didnt think it was anything urgent so I put off having it looked at, but my air shocks were leaking and my compressor was pumping too much air in order to compensate, so it burnt out. It wasnt a cheap fix, so I got a quote from a few other shops. $1,800 to replace both rear air shocks and the compressor. Folsom GMC was about $100 more, but they are faster, more professional, and I have the piece of mind that they will use factory parts and fully warranty their work. I felt that was easily worth the extra hundred bucks. Plus the shuttle made it very convenient. I highly recommend Folsom Buick GMC for service.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new car. Leslie and Mike were amazing to work with. They made car buying easy. I live in Pacifica, CA and drove all the way out to Folsom to get this truck and the 2.5+ hours of traffic on the way up and the 2.5 hours of traffic on the way back were worth it. I am not a huge fan of buying cars because it is such a long and drawn out process but with Leslie and Mike they had me in and out of there and were so accommodating knowing that i was trying to be in and out to get right back on the road. Sold my Husband and I a car that had many issues. Good thing we purchased the extended warranty. Took our vehicle to the service department here and they misdiagnosed our vehicle and told me that it just drives like that and to drive it in eco mode. Further more I took it to a different gmc dealer service with the same complaints and it ended up being the timing chain and update in the transmission. When I called to make a complaint I was told "make sure the vehicle is running properly before you complain then call back and make the complain" WOW never would I buy another car her or recommend anyone to.

My experience with Folsom Buick GMC was great. As soon as we walked up Moh was there to help us. We already new what car we wanted to look at so he got us the keys and let us test drive and then we went in to talk about it. Everyone was so friendly and straight to the point. I never once felt like I was being lied to or pushed into something I didnt want to do. Everyone answered our questions honestly. I would highly recommend Folsom Buick GMC to anyone who wants to work with honest people who know what they are talking about.

I was charged $266 by Avis rental car for a car that was supposed to be paid for by Folsom Buick for warranty work. The work was done in January, I was billed May 29th by Avis because they never received payment from GMC. I was then told it was paid, but havent been refunded on my credit card. Avis doesnt have the payment records and as usual, it takes forever to get a response from Buick. It is now June 30th and I was charged May 29th. My next step is to call my credit card to refuse payment.

This review is strictly for the SALES DEPARTMENT, specifically BILL HURWITZ. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! The dealer will promise you things (in the contract) then provide you with knock offs that wont work from Ebay. Youll be forced to buy the items with your own money and they will not reimburse. If youre going to deal with these clowns, make sure to get everything from them (in working order) before you give them your money.

Can not say enough about this place. We bot our first 2007 Tahoe with all the bells & whistles that my wife wanted.
