OK, so here is the deal... I am not normally a review writing kind of guy, but the service and professionalism that I received a Stockton Nissan warrants a great review. I went to my local dealership (3 miles from my house) hoping to purchase my new vehicle there. While they were very friendly and helped me narrow down exactly what features/trim package I wanted after our test drive, when it came down to making the deal, they were no where near where I wanted to be or what Kelly Blue Book was listing as Fair Value, so I walked. Thats when I decided to use the internet and find the best deal for what I wanted within a 200 mile radius of where I live... Side note, if you can handle the 30-40 mass emails and the back and forth with internet managers that dont read the specs on what you are looking for that you sent them the first time, then this is the best way for you to see all the inventory out there that either matches your needs or is close and get the best deal for your money... I would do it again in a heart beat. Anyway, within a few hours and two or three very simple emails, Stockton Nissan had tracked down the two options that were closest to my original specs for the vehicle that I wanted and quoted both with Out The Door (OTD) prices that meet what I told them I was willing to pay, not a penny more. No other dealer within 200 miles of where I live came close to doing that (and its not like I live in rural America.. I live in the Bay Area). Whats more, they quoted me an OTD price on the last day of the fiscal quarter when their incentives were about to change (03/31), but after I explained that I could not get up there until at least the next day or possibly two days, the General Sales Manager still honored and stood behind that quote. When I went up there the very next day, I was fully expecting to have the price jacked or something be not what we agreed upon... NO, price was to the penny, vehicle was exactly the one that was presented over the internet, and the whole transaction was seamless!! The internet sales manager Sydney (he is awesome, ask for him by name, hes a man of his work and will go the extra mile for you!!!) even came in on his day off to finalize the deal and emailed me at 8:30 am telling me that he was at the lot and prepping the car for my arrival... Thats customer service. The whole deal was brokered and closed within less than 24 hours (mind you I already knew exactly what I wanted, had compromised on exterior color selection based on availability in a 200 mile radius, and had test driven the vehicle before). I would recommend to anyone that I know, wherever they live, to let these guys see what they can do for you... Youll be glad you did and the drive will be well worth the money you save, the customer service that you receive, and hassle free no pressure environment. In case you were wondering, this is an honest review from a real person, who does not work for this dealership or Nissan, that was and will always be a customer at this establishment as long as people like their General Manager and Sydney are working there...

If you are planning of getting the extended warranty for your new car, you shouldnt believe everything the finance manager says. The transfer of warranty is not a easy process as they said. The first day I went to transfer the extended warranty, he was too busy to help me. I was told if I come back tomorrow morning that he will be there to help me. The next day I arrived first thing in the morning, I was told he was in a meeting. I waited for 1 hour. Then when I saw him, he didnt know what to do. It took him 30 minutes to figure out how to do transfer. I hope he learned from this and treat other customers better with what they promise a customer when they sell any extended warranty. So if you decide to get a extended warranty from them, ask them if they learned their lesson.

Had an appointment at 11:45am this morning and took it in at 11:15am for oil change and mini service. Associate told me it would he ready by 2pm. I called at 2:30pm i they told me that my Nissan hadnt even been services yet. Transferred me to someone else. And he told me it was ready and to come and pick it up. Went to the cashier and paid. Them she tells me it will be another 15 minutes because they still havent vacuumed it yet. So i said that was fine. So after 20 minutes my nissan was done. I go to get in and windows were still dirty and the dashboard was still dusty. So i went back in and had to have someone come out and clean my Nissan again. I was kinda disappointed with service today.

This is the worst car buying experience ever for me. I made it clear the same day that I visited this dealership that I was no longer interested in purchasing a vehicle. I began receiving denial letters from banks and/or credit unions. There were 14 in all and I am not happy. I even spoke to Luther at the dealership and told him that I did not give permission for all of these hard inquiries. I received credit alerts informing me of the inquiries that were lowering my credit score. Fortunately, I have been in contact with all credit bureaus and they are working to remove these inquiries. Make sure you document all conversations and let them know that you are doing so. Horrible experience!!!

I have been to this dealership many times and this is the first time that the service advisors followed through on what I asked. I had to think that perhaps something recently changed because that has never occurred. Also there was a customer service liaison that proved to be exceptional because she walked me out to my car, after service, and noted that everything on my task list wasnt completed. After that she spoke to the Nissan peeps and got everything done, on task. It took her to complete everything. I am going to follow up with a thank you note because its really difficult getting quality service these days.

Just bad service over all i bought from here thinking I would get good customer service but i was wrong. took almost 6 months just to get my plates and trying to figure out what was going on with that situation I was always being told Id be called back and just wasnt taken seriously. and when I finally had time to go in i was told my car still had to be verified, Then when I get my first oil change (took almost 2 hours) from them they put in the wrong oil because they sold me the wrong oil warranty that not been worth it at all so far.

Beyond awesome. David sales manager and the crew of guys were beyond nice. The ONLY thing that could have made it better was either cheaper price or lunch. Laugh. The customer service was exceptional. Highly highly recommend. I even tried to talk my stepmom into trading in her new ford and going to u guys. Just amazing. The only thing the car was missing was the blind spot lights.. Besides that. Perfect. I dont ever plan on going anywhere else in the future
