I called the store to see if they could replace my charging port dock on my Samsung tablet 3. They said they would need to take a look at it before they could tell me, so I drove 16 miles just so a guy could look at the back of the tablet (with out taking it apart or anything) "no we dont Cary this part anymore, sorry. Is their anything else I can do for you?" Horrible service!

I ordered two batteries on line that were said to be in stock. When I got to the store, the clerk said they only had one. They stated you shouldnt pay too much attention to what the website says. They said the will get the battery in a week and we call me. Or I could drive to another store several miles away to get it. What kind of customer service is that???

The store in algonquin didnt have the batteries I wanted and would take 2 weeks to order. The Geneva store had them in Stock and ready for pick up when I got there. Good help in getting them in car and taking out two trade ins.
