Please read Mr. MANGANA Never had any issues till today went for a loan and got insulted by the amount wow I was like really dude. Then the attitude after was wow man I was nice about until you said go look for yourself in fact I was doing that the whole time in there. I dont care if one employee quit or got fired. Then another on vacation dont take it out on the customer rule 1 if you would repeat business. Low balling for a loan. I always pick up my loans but I guess mangana was overwhelmed Edited 1 loan out of 3 werent paid and it was a shotgun Im pretty sure you got your money back. The other one which was paid was my ps4 and also my TV was pawn there too so 52 % doesnt add up to 3 things for a loan. Since we are trying elude the subject of bad customer service I get banned for a honest opinion of this pawn shops. Since the owners feelings got hurt and since they had no way supposedly knowing it was that left this but I get banned. Hahaha come on is grade school or a business. The rest of the staff is cool as hell. Trust me I will continue to spend the word about this place and its butt hurt owner. Look for my yelp review to . I would like to know how do you think %52 is the right numbers for 2 out of 3 loans where paid off. Lol I dont know but those numbers dont add up. Dude grow up and let your man parts drop because your acting like a child that gets mad being called names

Recently I began shopping for a 9mm handgun, after visiting several shops and aside from a shop in San Diego, all lacked even reasonable customer service. Leaving a local "large" gunshop I drove by this pawn shop remembering having seen some reviews that were good, despite being skeptical I thought I would drop in to see what, if any selection they had. I was surprised, quite a few guns were on display, in fact, more than the last 3 shops I had visited combined. I spoke briefly with Josh (part owner I believe) and was pleased with his customer service and willingness to help me out and even order/locate a new 9mm. I left as they did not have what I was looking for but called a few days later and Josh had come across a trade in of exactly what I was looking for and offered to hold it for me despite barely knowing me. After inspecting the handgun, my friend, Josh and I all determined the handgun had likely never even been fired. I saved about $50 on exactly what I wanted and am very pleased and have now determined where I will buy my next guns as well. Thank you Josh.

Today was my very first time in this pawn shop they were extremely rude especially the white guy that thinks hes all bad carrying the gun on the side of him rude extremely rude if you go here with your sales you will be ripped off I promise you you will be ripped off they live about jewelry they dont want to show proof that the diamond is real or fake they dont even show you the tester stone to verify that its gold like I said you will be ripped off you will be lied to and taken advantage of on any item you bring it to the shop I wouldnt even sell them an Xbox controller your chances Im just trying to warn someone

The guys did not greet me when I arrived and I stood in the store for about 20 minutes before someone decided I was a customer. It was a very different experience and not good. Unfortunately the guy who "assisted" me acted like he didnt want to be bothered and had no enthusiasm about helping me. He gave me one price which was completely not a fair price for the item and when I mentioned to him the style and model (brand damn new) he just shrugged his shoulders. I wont be going back to this place because they just did not show any professionalism and treated me like a color and not a customer.

They have a good selection on New & Used weapons. They offer layaway & loans. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. One of the best pawn shops that Ive been too so far. They have all kinds of stuff from video games to fishing poles. Its a very clean and organized pawnshop.

Having heard good things about this place from a friend, I used Alamo Jewelry & Loan for a PPT. The process was silky smooth and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. At Turners it wouldve taken at least a good hour. Highly recommended!
