Best jeweler in the area!! The jeweler and his wife own this store and though I have never met his wife, he is a kind, helpful, honest man who I will always take my jewelry to (and buy jewelry from) from now on! I had a few things I needed done on my husbands and my rings. After going to a few other jewelers in the area (including a couple in downtown Glendora), and leaving because the quotes seemed too high, I popped in to Desire jewelry and he gave me a quote that was one third to one half less than all of the others!! And the results were truly gorgeous! I would think a small jeweler would have higher prices than the large "take a number" jewelers, but that is not the case here! I also thought that because they were robbed a year ago ;( that they would have to have higher prices. Once again, not so! They are into building relationships and doing quality work at an affordable price! Oh, and everything in his store is made by him... beautiful work! (And he will make you or order you something if he doesnt have it in) I highly recommend this jeweler!

The best place to find custom made engagement rings in southern California. I wanted to find the most beautiful ring at a reasonable price for my future fiancee. As soon as I walked through the doors I was greated by the owner and instantly felt like I was talking to a family member. I never felt stressed out or pressured like one would when buying a car. The owner has a show case of several rings and is more than willing to place a diamond from another ring onto your desired band. This was not nesesary for me because the owner showed me a stuning ring that called my name. Beautiful chips of diamonds covering nearly the entire band with a nice big diamond in the middle. I recommend anyone who lives in the San Gabriel valley to buy your engagement rings here and not waste your time at cold places like jerads who care nothing else but to take advantage of you to try to make a sale.

I would highly recommend this jeweler! I had a small ring that i have carried with me for about twenty years now. It had a crack in the band after so much time and wear and I just couldnt bear to risk its loss. As a post college student Im, as you can imagine, not particularly well off. So, each day when i walk for coffee I pass many shops and wave to people as I pass. One day I decided to ask about my ring which I felt odd about since its just a little hippy ring and not much of a piece of jewelry. The man was so incredibly kind and gave me such a great price for the work. He had it finished and polished within the hour and I have to say im very pleased with the results. Its a great fit and looks amazing! So, if your looking for a small town jeweler that is trust worthy id aim towards Desire Jewelry!

i just had to state what happened when i experienced the best jewler around the foothills. Every other shop i visted only disappointed me with excuses, poor work, & high prices. Then i walked into desires and met Monir. I shared with him how no one could fix my watch Ive had for five yrs. It would still loose time after others said they fixed it. Monir @ Desires not only fix it permanent... He became artistic, while having taken it apart, when he assembled it again he showed me alot of options which allowed me to upgrade and change the entire look... fresh & more modern looking. Thoroughly cleaning and resurfacing - polishing it to look better than new! No one else now only Monir will get the business.. way to go Desires Joey

Had a 30 year old wedding band that was so worn out it was cracking, another ring with some diamonds, and some loose gold. Monir and Jennifer did a great job helping my wife and I understand how we could take the three things and create a new, custom built wedding band while keeping the sentimental value. In a very short time, they took our ideas and "built my ring on the computer" better than I had envisioned it. The work was done promptly, the pricing was extremely fair, and I couldnt be happier with the end product. Was great that they also give each customer a card with John 3:16, a way to share the good news of Christ in a simple, yet effective way.

I recently went to repair my Citizen Quartz (CQ) watch (a nice golden-colored watch, estimated value at $99) here with Monsir, the man who works at this shop early on Saturday morning. It was convenient to be able to accomplish this job so early at 9:30AM, as the other watch specialty shop two blocks away didnt open until 11AM. Monsir was able to do the job on my decade-old watch for a reasonable price of $10 to shorten the band and replace the battery within this older model that may be difficult for other watchmakers to successfully repair. Therefore, I feel that a 5-star rating is reasonable.

I had gone in to Desire at the recommendation of a friend to have a wedding ring made for my husband after he had lost his. We were very pleased with their work as well as their friendly, professional manner. I then went in to see if they could remake a ring I had purchased online many years ago into something I really liked and would want to wear. They came up with a design and ten days later...wow! It was beautiful, the most comfortable ring Ive ever worn. I wear it all the time, I love it! Thank you to Monir and Jenny for your creativity and wonderful craftsmanship. Youre the best!

Very Impressed! I came in with an idea for a necklace for my wife to incorporate a past down / heirloom diamond and they knocked my socks off. They did such a great job that I know this necklace will be cherished and passed down from generation to generation. I came in with an idea on paper and they made it a reality. They are extremely talented at custom jewelry. I cannot believe what a spectacular job they did. Needless to say my wife is really impressed and I give the owners two thumbs up. Amazing Jeweler: The Best! My fiancé and I were looking for her wedding band when we came across Desire Jewelry. Right when we walked in the door we knew we were in the right place. He was very friendly and he was able to help us figure out what we wanted in a ring. He worked with us on everything down to the tiniest of details that we were looking for. He designs and builds his own rings and jewelry. We loved the quality of the ring and will return any time we need to make another jewelry purchase. I havent been able to trust a jewelry store in many years. Needing a promise ring, I decided to give this place a try. Their customer service and knowledgeable staff was amazing. I went in with a simple request and came out with a stunning ring that would take her breathe away. Price??? Very reasonable... I would recommend this place to anyone who has even the slightest thought of getting something for themselves or their loved ones.
