I stopped in to have someone take a look at a ring my mother gave me. I really didnt know anything about the items I brought in except for the paperwork I was provided. Mike helped me out and I couldnt have been more pleased. I was disappointed with the end result of the jewelry I showed him. But, he gave me a very honest appraisal and was extremely nice about it. This is more of a high end jewelry shop and they clearly are very knowledgable. They are willing to help anyone, though. Great customer service. Nice people. I would recommend for anyone!

Excellent helped to replace my husbands wedding ring which he lost a few years ago replaced it for his 50th Birthday they were very helpful as I didnt have his size would definitely go back on my next visit thanks again he loved his new ring made our trip that little bit more special thank you x

I am always looking for special pieces of jewelry, My mom taught me never to wear fake jewlery, but wearing the "true thing" is quite hard and risky nowadays, so I turned to MM for a special piece that did not look real but wasnt fake. They pulled it off nicely.
