I shop at kay almost exclusively. I got email on something I want so went to check it out. An old lady was helping me but she was keep insisting why I dont use kay card n even talking down about my other credit card. She even start to talk about how kay is only one who use real diamond lololol. I like kays but its not only jewelry place. And then she insist me on buying protection plan that its an expensive and need protection. I said its only 100 necklace and I dont need protection on it. It got to point where she made me feel so terrible about buying a gift, I walked away. Headed to another kay to buy the same thing. Be aware.... if u get caught, she wont let u walk out alive!!! Lol

I love this store. I can always count on finding the perfect, unique gift here. Just a great collection of interesting items. A lot of local artists sell their work here - the jewelry selection is wonderful and so are their greeting cards. Check it out.
