The work is beautiful however I spent 1 hour with Harry going over the design of my ring that my husband was doing for my Birthday. I brought in my grandmother and grandfathers diamonds along with many other loose diamonds I had. We were told first of all that it would take 4 weeks, it took six "I didnt get it in time for my birthday". When my husband finally brought it to me I opened the box and was so upset, it was missing all the fine detail I had discussed with him and had brought in ten different cut outs of. They got the ring back for another week and a half. It was beautiful. My husband picked it up. I asked him where all the extra diamonds were. Harry said he would change out a couple of my bigger diamonds for some smaller ones he had. I went back in there and asked him about the left over diamonds. He gave me some song and dance that it took more time because of the detail I wanted. I told him that we went over everything before he quoted us the price showing him the detail I wanted. I was blown off. April Ohr- If they should ever feel the need to send me my diamonds back!!

Im not as gaga about the other items, perhaps because Im not a big "gift" shopper in the first place -- so the 4 vs. 5 stars really come from the fact that most of the prices are not listed, forcing shoppers to pester the management to learn what they would pay for most items.But if you love fun, funky,, unique jewelry (and can restrain yourself from buying everything!), look no further than Perch. Bonus: super close to lots of very cute restaurants and cafes.

Harry has been my jeweler for over 18 yrs starting from when his store was in Santa Ana. My engagement ring is beautiful, Harry brought in a slew of stones for my husband to look through before he chose the one for me. The staff is wonderful and you never feel pressured into anything. I now live in SF and come down to his shop for my jewelry needs. You will not be disappointed.

I would highly recommend Affinity Jewelers I have had three Tacori sets and never found a more knowledgable jeweler. I came in and the owner took great care of me polished my ring and met with me to assure me my ring was in great shape and trouble shoot a problem I had. I wouldnt go anywhere else for Tacori!! Had a great experience here. Brought in an engagement ring just to have it fitted. They were extremely nice and accommodating. There ended up being a couple problems with the fittings and a cracked small diamond which they offered to fix and replace at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here first.
