Stopped in for a repair of my gold bracelet , I had run over it in the drive way. It was tweaked and didnt latch. They looked at it and adjusted the latch and got it wearable while I waited. Customer service is number one. Ken Brawshaw is great. L Geiger is really a custom jeweler with Gold, Platium and all the new metals in rings and necklaces. Try them, I will be back.
