Shant and his team saved my engagement! After a negative experience with another jeweler, a friend recommended I try Simone & Son where he often goes. I was on a tight schedule because of time lost at the previous place and I needed a miracle to get this ring done so I could propose to my girlfriend on our anniversary. They blew my expectations out of the water! Everyone in the store is so friendly and helpful, its a true family run business and atmosphere there. I sat down with Jasmine, she was amazing. We talked about my now fiancees style and what we were looking for. She hand drew the ring as I sat there ( amazing to see it come to life right in front of you) and made revisions until it was exactly what I wanted. From there she wrote me a very fair estimate and I put my deposit down. A few days later, Josh called me to tell me that they had made a 3D printed version of the ring and he send me a digital render of it. I came back into the store to see the 3D printed copy. I cant tell you how much that helps in assuring I get exactly what i imagined when i see the stone set in person. Josh and Corinne did a fantastic job bringing Jasmines drawing to life. I made one more revision and we were done. As i said earlier, my anniversary was a few days away on a Monday ( when S&S is closed) and I was going to be out of town the weekend before. Shant agreed to come in on Monday, even though they were closed and remodeling the inside. I walk in the store and Shant is covered in drywall because he jumped in to help the construction crew. I mean, how awesome is this guy? It is very rare to find an owner that is willing to go this far to help a customer and to help his crew. They guy truly cares about this business. When Shant handed me the ring, I was speechless. It was beautiful and so much better that I could have imagined it being. I was blown away by the craftsmanship and their ability to make my thought come to life. Also, when Shant went over the paperwork, he said that their quote was too high and he adjusted the price to less than what the estimate was. Needless to say, my Fiancee fell in love with the ring instantly, and she said yes! On a side note, when I also bought a necklace for my fiancee while I was there. Nick helped me pick it out ( there was no pressure to pay more that I wanted) after telling him what I was looking for and my price range. Sarah was gracious enough to try it on so I could picture how it would look on my Fiancee. Thank you both, she loves it! To Shant and the entire team at S&S, thank you so much for all your amazing work and dedication. I cant say enough about how easy and painless this experience was. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed to spend more than I wanted to. Your team far exceeded my expectations and you have gained a customer for life! Thank you guys! Youre the best! I am blown away and cant say enough good things about Simone & Son! I was looking for a unique wedding band for my traditional engagement ring. I had been looking everywhere for the perfect crisscross ring, both at jewelry stores and online, but I couldnt find one that was exactly what I wanted until I came across a picture of the Simone & Son crisscross ring online. I absolutely fell in love with it and decided to take a chance and give them a call to ask about pricing/see what my options would be since they were located across the country. I was blown away by their customer service from the second they answered the phone!! The owner, Shant, picked up the phone on my first call (even though they were technically closed that day) and walked me through the process. The price was very reasonable and within my price range. In order to help me get an idea of what the crisscross ring would look like next to mine, he had me send him a few photos of my engagement ring. Within a couple days, one of their employees (Sarah) was emailing and texting me multiple images and videos of the crisscross ring matched with a ring that looked just like mine! It was extremely personal and when I asked for more photos at different angles they were more than happy to help! I knew I wanted the ring, but I still wanted to see it on my finger prior to making a purchase, so I proposed a deal; I offered to buy the ring, and if I did not like it, I would return it within 30 days for a full refund. Simone & Son gladly accepted my offer and I had the ring on my finger within two days!!! Of course I ended up loving the ring just as much in person so no refund needed. I sent the ring back to them and they had it made in my size within a couple of weeks (I also didnt have to pay for any of the shipping). I absolutely LOVE my ring!! It is so unique and is exactly what I wanted. Everyone I worked with at Simone & Son was so personable, welcoming, and accommodating. It is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had and I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thanks Simone & Son

I have gone to Simone & Son for several items over the years. The first was a custom necklace for my fiance, before we were engaged which Shant did perfectly. We discussed my ideas, he sent me several computer renderings, we made adjustments, agreed on the best design and then had it made. She loves it and wears every single day. Shant did such a terrific job that I knew that he would be my guy for an engagement ring. When the time came to make the engagement ring, Shant once again took all of my input and requests came up with several designs and made one of the most gorgeous rings that I have ever seen. It was exactly what we had hoped for and people comment on it everywhere we go. Shant is currently working on our weddings bands and we are extremely excited to see them. I could not be more satisfied on the quality of his work and the attention that I received throughout the process. In addition to the amazing jewelry, Simon & Son went out of their way to help us when we had a small issue. My fiancé and I were moving from Southern California to Colorado and were in town one last time to drive the moving truck. We landed at LAX at 9am and needed to be on the road by 6pm with all of our belongings. On the plane, she noticed that one of the pave stones had fallen off of the ring (most likely when we were moving boxes) so when we landed we called Simon & Son even though they are closed on Sundays hoping that someone would answer. Simone picked up the phone and we explained our situation, he was only in the store to work on a few things but agreed to wait for us. We hurried to Huntington Beach where Simone greeted us and took the ring. Twenty minutes later he handed us the ring back, with a new stone and freshly cleaned. We were thrilled with our good luck and that Simone went out of his way to help us at no charge. I am confident that even though I have now left California I will always keep using Shant and Simone & Son for any custom jewelry.
