I went in to get my watch battery replaced. The entrance can be a little intimidating, because they have two security doors with electronic locks, but dont let it deter you. After all, it is a jewelery store and they need to have strong security. The man who I spoke to was great, he was very friendly and had an upbeat very casual personality. The only reason why I didnt give them an excellent rating, was because he tried unscrewing my watch backing screws with a phillips head screw driver, when theyre torx screws. If you dont know what torx screws look like, there should be no excuse to mixing these two up. At first he told me they were stripped because he couldnt unscrew it, but luckily Ive had some experience with torx screws, so I informed him of which screwdriver he needed. After that explanation, everything went smoothly.

I had lost a diamond out of my wedding ring set. We took it in Ish was like an instant friend. My ring is pre-1938 and the diamond a special cut. Ish found the proper cut diamond and set it, repaired multiple prongs on the ring and cleaned up a bad prior repair. I believe it probably looks better then the day it was created. It brought tears to my eyes. I wouldnt take my jewelry anywhere else. Thank you

I stopped in to this little jewelry store in Fullerton to have my wedding ring fixed. The jeweler took care of it and was very professional. It was repaired, cleaned and looking aa beautiful as the day I got it by the time they were done. I would highly recommend them and am sure I will do business there again!
