not the place to go for repairs or any customer service. I got my new diamond ring sized there and got back a ring that has the cut mark on underside of ring where it was sized.( i was told by personal it was normal). yeah i was . the ring also has more thickness on one side then the other so ring turns to heavy side of ring and it sits finger at angle. again i was told too bad. i paid 75.00 for them to ruin my ring

I had a ring resized. Its a gold ring with another white gold ring inlay. I was expecting more of just a gold fill but they went the extra mile and kept the both bands the correct gold and shape. I am super happy
