You might not believe. Today we three girls came to Tiffany in Glendale trying to exchange this Diamond T wire bracelet to an other style with a gift receipt the customer service is unbelievable rude they give us five reasons they can not exchange for us . Which Is they never told us when we purchase or let us know on the receipt I think Im not gonna come back here anymore: (

John is terrific.I brought in a chain with a broken clasp that I wanted to take with me on a vacation the next day.John said he couldnt promise it would be done, but then finished the job and did it expertly before I even made it back to my house after dropping the chain off.I highly recommend Swiss Jewelers for repairs and excellent customer service.
