The lady with glasses I believe shes the manager is very rude. She always has a hard time just to help and when I paid my finances ring off she didnt even tell me i did she didnt say thank you or not one word she gave me my receipt and walked away . Horrible costumer service.

Jackie and Erik were amazing. My parents are renewing their vows and they were very great and helping us find the perfect rings. Their customer service was beyond my expectations. I will definitely be returning and referring family and friends.
