I worked retail for over 10 years so I know it isnt easy, but it also gives me a lot of insight. This was just a horrible experience all around. My husband bought me a push present necklace but the chain would pinch my skin so I came in to exchange for the bracelet. The girl helping me first offered a larger chain, which to me felt like she was implying I had a fat neck. I already said I wanted a bracelet. Offering a larger necklace is not necessary whatsoever other than to up the sale for herself. She then took me to see what my bracelet options were. I let her know I wanted the simple $65 starter bracelet. Instead, she pulls out 3 different styles all $150 and up. Nice try, but I wasnt born yesterday. Since I had credit now, I decided to add on a charm. She found the one I wanted after asking me to describe it. She then informed me that I had $5 left of credit and that they could give me cleaning cloths since they dont give cash back. I dont need any effing cleaning cloths. I asked if I could do store credit, she said no. I then asked for a gift card, to which she replied "we dont normally do this, but I can tell youre in a hurry". Which translates to, "I can tell youre in a bad mood so Ill accommodate you". Honestly, I was in a bad mood, but that wasnt necessary to say. Im 9 months pregnant and getting sales harassment wasnt on my agenda for the day. Steer clear of this establishment.

Manager mislead the customer I bought 1 $80 charm and 3 cleaning kits $15 each total $125 at the store during their bracelet promotion "March Bracelet Event" which state in the promotion when you spend $125 you can receive a FREE bracelet up to $65 value, I asked if I can get a free bracelet and I was told that the promotion doesnt include cleaning kits in the total purchase, so I decided to just get another charm. I am so disappointed since I know last time during a promotion I combined cleaning cloth, cleaning kits and charms and I got a free bracelet. I called South Bay Pandora and inquire about the promotion and the sale specialist I spoke, nicely and politely informed me that I can combine any product in the store as long as I fulfill the $125 to get the free bracelet. Its sad that its the manager, Bryna that I dealt with during the sale and gave me the wrong information. My question now is, isnt the manager who should be more knowledgeable about the promotion and more helpful to the customers?

Really bad experience. I came into the store already knowing what I wanted to buy. No one seems to want to help me out. Another lady walks in "just looking" and the employees go over to see if they could help her out! Wth! I was there first. The lady says "no" and leaves. Im still there and the employee made eye contact with me. Still walked away to stand a few feet from me. At this point Im already mad! I start making some noise, "I need some help over here! I want to buy this! Hello, anyone want to help me!?" Then the employee comes to help me out after my cousin is trying to get me to shut up. THE TRANSACTION ONLY TOOK 5 MINUTES or less. You know what Im not gonna go to a place and spend $200 to get treated that way by my looks. I dont need to be carrying around a fancy purse or makeup to want to buy something. Next day I go back and return the item. Im sticking to the Pandora at Disneyland or downtown Disney, second closes and at least they treat me like a human there.

Bad customer service. Employees dont greed the customers. They seem to pick who they want to help and seems discriminating to me. I would expect better service for the fact that it is a PANDORA and also for the price you pay.
