I took my $800 coach watch in to have a post replaced and a battery put in, she sent it out to here watch repair guy, who is also her son, the watch came back with a used battery and the watch was not working. Without my permission or even notifying me, they replaced the watch motor with a generic and damaged the face of the watch. Original written quote was $35, it cost me $100 then she wanted to charge me $45 more. I also took a stone in to have it appraised, she took one look at the stone and told me it was a piece of glass. I took the stone to a reputable jeweler who not only told me it was a rare pink sapphire, but was worth $800. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this woman and her store. Shes also trying to sell, which she told me, was a fake Cartier watch, for $700. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD!

Came in for jewelry repair a couple of months back, very good workmanship. Was delighted with my first experience with Vinny. So I was getting engaged soon n decided to get an engagement ring. Did a few stop overs at different stores n finally came here. The reason I was sold on this place is because Vinny took the time to explain me all aspects of diamonds, him being a Master Diamond cutter, I got a great insight about the diamonds. We scheduled for a second meeting, saw a couple of diamonds chose the one that best I understood and got a custom designed engagement ring. He walked me through the design part, texted me, emailed me every stage of the production, right from sketch to Cad work to the wax piece and the final product was amazing. I will be back for more stuff. Thanks To Vinny.

I cant believe this place is still around. I moved away from F.V. for a bit and came back to find so many things changed but the one that I hoped was gone. These people ripped me off like 7 years ago. This is the worst place on earth. They changed a cracked stone in my diamond ring with a fake stone and charged me for the real deal. Dont do business with them and hopefully they will go away.

We bought a setting which had to be sized. After my wife wearing it for only six months and only when she went out, the solder joint broke. When I took it back for repair I was informed that it was warnout and it would cost over $250.00 to repair. He would not honor there warranty. Dont trust these people!!

please do not visit or do business with this establishment the owner is a liar and con artist he will switch your jewelry with a cheap imitation he did that with my $3000 diamond ring beware please dont do business with jb jewelry

Sent a necklace in to replace the chain and he said it would be done by the following week. Called and checked on it and he said 2 more days. Its been another week and a half and no word. He forgot about me.
