My fiance bought me a beautiful diamond engagement ring and band here. So I decided to buy her a diamond band on Valentines Day, I was totally happy with the purchase. However, when buying the ring I was asked my budget, from there I picked a ring and was told what my monthly payments would be. I agreed and signed the paperwork. Today I get my first bill and find that it is $30 more than the quoted price. I called customer service and they said that they can not do anything about it. I call this store (since I bought it there) and spoke with the manager Carlos. He stated that yes, his employee made a mistake by looking at the old list they use to quote monthly payments instead of the new updated one. Then he proceeded to tell me that they were only able to bring the monthly payment down a little bit, but not to the actual price I was quoted and signed for!!! I told him that it was not fair for me to have to literally pay the price for his employees mistake!! He kept saying sorry and then had the nerve to tell me that I can bring the ring back to the store if I am unhappy with it!!!! Um, yeah let me just go get it off my fiances finger!!! I said, she loves the ring, I am unhappy with the customer service and the fact that I am stuck paying more than what was in my budget....then why ask what my budget was to begin with? I told him I was planning on buying her a watch in May for her birthday but that this experience has ruined it for me and the extra money I have to pay will not allow me to afford the watch now. He then had the nerve to try to up sell me on a watch discount if I came in that day!!! Wow, I am very disappointed by their customer service!! The jewelry is beautiful but other than that, they really do not know how to make it a magical and positive experience!!! I would have even been happy with some kind of store credit towards my next purchased, but nothing they just gave me the run around and kept apologizing. An apology means nothing if your actual intention isnt to fix the problem!!! I would give it a ZERO star review but it wont let me. SMH!!! Its not the end of this Jared of Brea!!!

If you want the worst service ever, go here! They Jewelers are rude, unhelpful men that sit behind glass. They know how to make a $6000 ring look like junk. Dont ask them to fix anything on your ring. They only thing they are good for is if you need your ring cleaned. I mean, how can they mess that up?

I brought in my Tag watch for repair which I only had for 6 months. I received POOR customer service.
