I brought in four watches (one needed size adjustment, 3 needed new batteries) and a necklace that needed a new clasp. I was more than pleased with the customer service. Everything was done while I waited and the price was very reasonable. I love to be able to support our local mom-and-pop businesses such as this, instead of going to big corporate chain stores. I definitely will return to have more stuff done, as well as highly recommend this shop.
