First reason. - when you get the rewards they never explained the rewards. You cant spend the whole rewards you, you have to buy something over 300 and you can ONLY use 100 off your rewards and they expire soon. I wouldnt have a problem if they explained to me before I went to buy something I dont need. Second I bought my fiancé ring here with the 3 year warranty included a new ring if he needed a different size. So I went in to get a new ring. Well it was total bs. the 100 dollars I used on ring off the rewards they couldnt give it back to the rewards so that was lost and they told me I had to use ANOTHER 100 dollars off the rewards. And they was still a price difference! I paid the extra warranty for that reason so its COVERED! They have nice rings but just the little script of their polices that they dont explain until you have to go in for a replacement or etc is bs! They can keep there rewards cause the service is crap!
