Asked for information at the Davis st, location on the phone, and the "very knowledgeable girl explained everything explicitly. She has the patience it requires to deal with customers such as myself. Her soft spoken voice was not intimidating whatsoever. I felt at ease and comfortable. This store has far better customer service than any other/s.

Awesome customer support. Got the puppy food, treats, and toys I needed. My husky loves the food that was recommended by them. It is a little pricey, but in the end its worth it. I was told I can return foods if the puppy doesnt like them, but she loved them. I will do dog food shopping at this Pet Food Express from now on.
