I feel that Petco is the best place you go to buy food for your pet. Last visit I did not find food my doggy loves, so the assistant went to check if there is any in stock first. After she did not find it, she ordered it online (which cost me much less) with free shipping. So Petco never disappoint us. We get exactly what we need always. This location is organized, friendly staff ready to answer your questions and provide you with deals you werent aware existed. We bought a cat litter tray for our automatic scooper and the deal they gave to us was amazing! This location is miles away from the experience faces in the Bayfair location. Will come back here for all our kitten needs.

We were looking for amino-acid supplement for friends cousin in Shanghai, China who owns a pet grooming shop. Petco doesnt carry it but the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable and gave us a fascinating introduction to their products, including anti-depressant drug for dogs. Whod known?

Friendly staff, found what we needed in less than 2 minutes, and were finished and ready to go in less than 5. But the kids wanted too look at the animals.... Total visit, 15 minutes.
