We stopped by the store on a busy Saturday w/our 2 Shelties. We needed supply of treats and nail trimming for both dogs. We had the good fortune to be helped by a great guy named Andrew...he made us feel he was there just to help us....was gentle and capable in handling (literally) our dogs, answering our questions, careful not to clip the nails too short, etc., etc....he couldnt have represented the store and services any better....thanks, Pet Express! Well look for him next month when were back in the store, and every trip there. P.S. He is a college student which indicates he is not yet in his ultimate career, but certainly is an ACE at where he is now...

Yet another amazing pet food express. I absolutely love this place. I went this past Saturday (to look at the adorable dogs from DPS) and was once again wowed by how great the store is. They have only the best of the best products for furry friends. :) Also, I didnt think that it was possible, but the staff here is just as friendly and knowledgable as the one in Palo Alto (I had a high bar of expectations, okay?) They were really nice, quick to help us out, and just have a clear love for animals that is undeniable. If you havent been to a Pet Food Express, I highly recommend you give them a shot. You will be amazed by the difference in care that you get.

If you are a pet owner I cannot recommend this place highly enough! When we first brought our rescue puppy in we were clueless. Everyone was so helpful and informative and they even have us a free bag of their higher brand puppy chow. 10 months later and I still come here regularly for all of my dogs essentials. Ive never had a bad experience here and I always leave satisfied and impressed.

Self-serve pet wash is nice. Good variety of soaps, complete with air dryers, towels, and aprons. You can bring your own supplies if you want to (clippers, dips, and pesticides arent allowed). Poop bags are available outside if needed. There is an emergency door closer located on the wall by the aprons if your pet gets loose, but the workers can hit their button if you chase them instead.

Friendly staff. Very welcoming to customers and their pets. Most staff remember me and my dog each visit and ask after him if Im on my own. Treats are often offered to dogs. Great returns policy if you are unsatisfied with a product.

I go here for the self dog wash. I usually go during the day and Ive never had to wait. They give you a waterproof collar, towels, and everything you need to give your dog a bath. The staff is very friendly

Pretty decent pet store. I like that they have a gated area in the middle of the store where you can let your dog meet and play with other dogs. They also have a pretty nice self-service dog wash area.

Great place for raw hides, bones and pig ears. The food is a little expensive, even with the but 3 get 1 free. They have great adoption events, where we got our puppy, and the staff is very friendly.

Staff is friendly and they love interacting with the dogs that come in. They have a large play area where they have classes and will allow two dogs to meet and play for short periods of time.

Love this store! Great selection of food and toys for all manner of pets. The pet wash area is awesome. A bit pricey but if you have a huge dog, its not easy to wash them at home!

I only shop here for my dog. The dog grooming stations are super convenient. Much better than Petsmart and Petco. The general manager is extremely friendly and a great guy.
