This is a great store with terrific staff members. I have been purchasing my dog food and treats here since they opened in 2010. I initially visited the store looking for special food for my dog who had terminal bone cancer. They were so helpful during that painful time. They gave me suggestions and told me that anything that my dog would not eat, to return to them for a full refund. Their buy three get one free policy makes their overall pricing quite competitive with the few other stores that carry quality pet foods. I can not say enough good things about the people who work there. They know me and my dog by name and always are friendly, personable and helpful. Their return policy is excellent, they fully stand behind their products.

These people dont get it. I took a manufacturers coupon in for my Royal Canine Bulldog food...$7.00 off. This is a coupon that reimburses them the $7.00. I also had one of their coupons that was 20% off. I used the 20% off and then wanted to also use the $7.00 off. They wouldnt let me. I dont think they understood that either way they profit the SAME AMOUNT of money. They get the $7.00 back. On top to that, they raised their price from $46.99 less than a month ago to $52.99 now. Said they price compare...what is the point of offering the same price as everywhere else? What happened to good old pricing lower as a strategy to get customers. This store opened a month ago and already has lost a customer...GOOD JOB GUYS.

This store...AND their employees rock!!! The ONLY pet store that I have been to that gives the "buy three get the fourth one free" and they allow returns of opened food/treats if my doggy doesnt wanna eat it. Has saved me lots if money. They have staff extremely knowledgable about the different foods available. My doggy is in remission from lymphoma and it was hard finding what she can and will eat while going through chemo treatments. Great store! Great staff!!!

The customer service here is always great I love the feel and layout of the store. I also enjoy that the self serve wash station has big windows and natural light. I wish this store were closer to where we live. Its my favorite pet store in the area so far!

Nice place, complete with self service bathes for your pups and tons of options for foods and supplies for all you animals. Friendly staff who are knowledgeable about there products and animals. Pups enjoyed wondering around and meeting new people.
