Excellently low prices on pet food, lower than Wall Mart or Costco, plus a MUCH wider selection. Staff rotates constantly, but everyone who works there tends to be nice and helpful. Met one of my best friends when she was working there. :) Staff will almost always let you stack coupons (using a brand issued coupon as well as a store issued coupon) to really rack up the savings. Free, ample parking. On the corner of Tennyson and Hesperian across from the old Kaiser. They do not take credit cards, but thats to keep prices down, so no whining about it . Cash, debit cards and checks only. Excellent Pho restaurant 2 businesses south of them (they have fried chicken wings that I swear must come from a teradactyl) , so place a to go order there, get your pet food, and everyone is ready to eat when you get home! Best pet store EVER.

We have been shopping at this store since it opened. Last night we went in to by a 15.5 lb bag of Beneful Incredibites for our little dog. Also we wanted to pick up a case of Friskies Indoor Saucy Seafood for our 3 cats. We shop here at least once a week, we spending close to $300.00 a month. But after last night we will not return to this store.. When we asked Rob the so called manger if they had either because we could not find them. He more or less called us a lier, he said he does the ordering and they dont carry either item.....I explained to him we buy it all the time, and all he could do is laugh at us and said no he does the ordering for the store. ROB...is a total jerk and needs to find a job he likes.....If he is who Pet Club has put in a mangers position....they have PROBLEMS....at Corp level...Do Not Shop here!!

Nice place when you need to but pet food for your dog..... They have a great variety of pet supplies..... But I was a little disappointed in the toys they have in stock...... The other day I bought two canvas Style stuffed animals for my three Pit Bulls that I have...... I assumed they were going to be indestructible but when I took it home my dogs eviscerated it within the hour...... The only other toys they have is the Kong Supply hard rubber chew toys..... And again I bought one and I gave it to my dogs..... This time it took them less than 30 minutes to rip the Kong hard rubber toys into 100 little individual pieces..... So I guess Im just going to go back online and buy deer antlers for my pitbulls...... At least with the deer antler it takes them at least a month for them to chew it down to a bare nub......

The store is good to be honest and has cheaper price. my only concern is that the people whose managing this store is not really good at all. Weve benn buying our fish supplies and live fish in this store for almost 6months now, but when we ordered for a specific fish that they sell but theyre out of stock we got disappointed buy the response from the staff he said that the person who orders supplies for their store DONT want to order it. we ordered a lot of fish here and the guy from the aqautic department was really helpful we know that hes new but hes willing to help us even with a little knowledge on fish. I hope the owner of the store knows what hes people are doing. we stop visiting the store since then.

Ive been shopping here for almost 8 years. The service is usually good. My mom who has been going there for longer than I have has made friends with almost every employee. The only thing that could be a bit annoying is on some Sundays they have a huge line out side the store for people to get thier dogs vaccine and some of them will block the entrence. But that annoyance isnt based on the store but rude people.

I like this store. Never had a problem with employees. Return policy is satisfactory though I have not returned anything. My dog likes going there. One thing that can be improved is the clean up after pets. I always have to go up front to ask for paper towels. It would be nice if they had a set up like their competitors.

I absolutely hate this place. My first time in the door and I got the worst customer service ever! the front girl, Jill, is outrageously complicated and raised her voice when I asked her if there was a membership fee. She is completely rude and I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!. She should be fired.

Good products and service. On the weekends, they have VIP pet services for various shots and check-ups. Be sure to get there early as this is a very popular location for pet services. The lines can be up to an hour wait if your at the end of a 20 people/doggie line.

Were here once a week buying crickets for our reptiles. The workers know us by name and we always are treated well. They are all nice people. They dont sell guinea pigs, but always ask about ours and keep all their favorite treats in stock.

This is the only pet food store Ill shop at to get my girl what she begs for! This store has the lowest prices anywhere. Its clean, well stocked & customer service is always friendly & helpful...even after closing their doors, LOL.

i really dont see why this store seems to be soo bad. i always go to buy my pet supplies for my four lizards, two cats, and my puppy, the people who work there are pretty nice i will always go buy my pet supplies there

They have very good prices and a nice variety of moist food then other stores. I have 5 cats 3 l Iike friskies and one likes fussie cats. On the friskies they have a lot more varieties then any store Ive gone to.
