* Ion 700 Bontrager Bike light with Flare R tail light. Bought both and feel they are just as important as a bike helmet. Plus..they are soooo cool!!!! They are a must have item!!We use the tail light on low blink during the day and we can be seen from behind. We were VERY happy with our experience at this bike shop. We bought two bikes and have been very happy with them. They have a great team with Pat, John, and the crew. They explained everything about the bikes we were looking at, had us take them for a ride and have been there for us after the purchase. They have a super team and a well established business. Would recommend them to anybody looking for great product and super service!

It was awesome. I brought in my bike, they complimented it, and told me what they could do to fix it. Even after I told them not to rush they still got back to me in a few days and when they realized that they couldnt repair my brakes (they werent joking, I dont think anyone could have repaired those) they offered to give me the bike back free of charge. After this I decided to get new brakes through them, which they promptly repaired in a style and color that matches my bike. To sum it up: I WILL BE GOING BACK AS SOON AS I HAVE AN EXCUSE TO! Thanks a lot guys, great job! Mitch P.S. If youre worried about not having a well-oiled chain, buy some Tri-flow, $5.

After being helped by their amazing staff, I finally found a great used road bike at a really good price. I purchased many extras which have all turned out to be good purchases. I also recommended to a family member to look into their kayak selection, in which they bought one, some additional supplys and a car carrier for it. From installations, their knowledge base and range of products...I couldnt be more please with Riverside Bike & Skate!!!

Bought a pair of skates here about a year ago. Went back in today because they were hurting my feet when I skates for more than half an hour. They were very helpful and I could immediately tell that they were going to do what it took to fix my skate situation. Ive always had very good luck here and would recommend them to anyone. Oh and I might mention they do the best skate sharpening in the area!

I waited way too long to write this review because these guys deserve 10 stars hands down! I was so so so happy with the customer service and they got my bikes in great shape for me. Totally made my Mothers Day, did everything they could to get my mountain bike in shape so I could head to the trails with my little guy. Pricing was less than I expected as well and it totally made my day!!!

The staff is excellent. They know their inventory very well and are always willing to help you out with any questions. I bought a bike there this spring and I have been happy with their service every step of the way. They even gave me 15% all accessories for one year. It has saved me lots of money. You wont regret shopping here.

Purchasing a bike, having it serviced, and upgrading it have all been ridiculously painless at Riverside. They treat me right, and when things go awry, however out of their control the issue may or may not be, they more than make it right. Great people.

so I got a bike tune up for 45 bucks which is ok. They looked at me like I was going to robbed the place when I walk in. Bike look the same when I got it back and they didnt even grease the chains for me...wont go there for bike service again.

Pat and John went the extra mile to get the right-fitting hockey goalie chest pad ordered for my young nephew, and then hustled to get it delivered in two days (rather than the usual 1 week or more), just in time for 3-game hockey weekend.
