Walked in, was there for five minutes without being acknowledged. Asked for help in the back and they said they were all busy without an apology or "well be there as soon as we can". The whole time they were so busy somebody was just sitting back there conversing. We left without being helped and went to Smith bikes and fitness where it was great customer service from the time we walked in. Helped us trial several bikes and very customer focused. There was a couple ahead of us that told the same story. They purchased two bikes and we bought one. Lousy customer service cost this store over $1600 in about a half hour.

Great bike shop, super friendly mechanics and salesmen. Prices more reasonable than any other lax bike shop. I ride a specialized road bike my parents bought from there 10 years ago, and go to this shop to buy parts and to maintain it. I lived about a block down the road from this shop and was tuning my bike up myself one day and needed a tool to take off some parts, so I walked down the road and they disassembled those parts for me and later re-assembled them without charging. Theyll put on tires/tubes w/o charging and theyre active in the community helping people enjoy riding!

Great guys, great shop - this is where you need to go. Ben and his crew are top shelf. Great place to buy your first bike or get advice/parts/service on your 12th bike. They offer competitive pricing and unmatched customer service. When I was ready to buy a new mountain bike last year, I checked out a couple of the local shops. One shop refused to bring in a trek bike unless I fronted the money. Ben brought in exactly what I needed, no questions asked and worked to make sure that everything was perfect.

These guys and especially Ben, the owner have been fantastic and very supportive. After many of years of not riding I am getting back into it and they have not once made fun of this fat old guy. They listen and make reasonable recommendations and dont try to sell you the latest and most expensive thing in the store! Their service shop has kept me on the road and they dont talk down to you, and give you options. This is the only bike shop in town where I will spend my money!

Extremely helpful and friendly place to do business. I was in the market for my first road bike and I wasnt very familiar for what to look for. The salesman I talked to explained everything I needed to know about the different types of road bikes. He explained it in a manner that was easy to understand, yet he didnt talk down to me. I ended up purchasing a bike from them and I couldnt be more happy with my purchase. I definitely recommend Bikes Limited.

They are sometimes understaffed and dont always have everything in stock but this small bike shop delivers where it matters. Ben, the owner, will spend the time and energy to help you make informed decisions when buying bikes, upgrading and choosing gear whether youre spending $30 or $3,000. You can tell this shop is a passion, not simply a revenue train. There are other bike shops in town that also do a great job but for me theyre the right fit.

Dont go here. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt for years. Im really irritated I gave them as long as I did. Now Im done with them. From bad tune-ups that inevitable need "re-tuning" to trying to sell you things you dont need to bad info on things they do sell to their absurd "15% restocking fee" for taking something from your hand and putting it in on a shelf to just horrible service Im done with them. You should be too.

I am just getting into road biking and I heard that Bikes Limited was the place to go, so I stopped by to check it out. They were some of the most friendly, informative and genuine staff I have ever seen. He was able to answer all of my many questions and helped me pick out a few parts and accessories while being mindful of my budget as well. I know much more about my bicycle and the area that I ride now.

These guys have been great to me for the last couple years. Offering good advice and good mechanical service. Its a smaller shop but they really care about their customers experience and know what theyre doing. Worth going to just for their great customer service.

I come in probably 4 times a year to do general repairs on my unicycle and when I went in yesterday to rotate my tire, I asked how much it would cost, the owner said it was on the house. Good vibes and a super friendly staff!
