Wife took our car in for a 45k service, wife brought the car back with a cracked windshield. Dick Hannah Toyota in Kelso/Longview service manager refuses to fix it, they claim it was there when she got there. It was not. Called every manager I could get a hold of, only reached one who was the same service manager that my wife said was rude to her. I left msgs with the rest all the way up the chain, awaiting response. If they take care of this problem id be happy to change my review. This is not the first time ive had to deal with their service department causing me problems. I also contacted Toyota directly and they said they will try and help get me a resolution with Dick Hannah, I trust Toyota but I can certainly see how their name is being tarnished by this dealer poorly providing services as an authorized Toyota dealer and service center. Funny cause I was about a month away from thinking about trading my car in to this dealer for a new one, the lack of care in my situation has caused me to rethink this. If yall ever want me as a customer again or that of any of my family, or extended family, because they all have heard about this now. Maybe think about taking care of your customers when you mess up and not blaming them. Honestly just talking to my fellow coworkers as well ive come to notice yall have a bad rap anyway. Most if not all of them have either had or know someone who has had similar experiences at Dick Hannah and refuse to shop with yall again. Either way if you find a solution to the problem your service department caused, ill gladly take this down or change my review. Otherwise id of put 0 stars if that was an option. Trying to Believe in nice... Trying really hard.

I bought a truck Thanksgiving 2016. I was told by Rob there is a very detailed inspection of all vehicles that are going to be sold from the Dick Hannah Truck Center. Rob told me that if I ever had any issues the Dick Hannah dealership in Longview Washington would be able to address them. So I felt comfortable at that point in buying a vehicle from them. It was a 2010 Ford F-150 crew cab. Less than 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle I noticed that the drivers door speaker did not work and also there was a leak after doing some research I found that the leak is a notorious Ford issue coming from the third brake light I attempted to call Rob at the truck center to see if we can address these issues. After a number of days and calls I was able to get ahold of Rob. I was told it would cost me additional money to fix the door speaker and that the third brake light was not covered under any sort of warranty. So that led me to believe there was no inspections on my vehicle before the sale. So in February 2017 I noticed there was a transmission issue. Id only put 2000 miles on my truck . I took my truck to the Dick Hannah dealership in Longview Washington to see what was going on. After the dealership having my truck for a few days I received a call and I was told that they could not fix the problem but my warranty would cover it and they shipped my truck off to a local Ford dealership. I will never use the Dick Hannah dealership family again I am extremely disappointed by their salesman their service management and anything else with the Dick Hannah name

My wife has taken her brand new vehicle in to have it serviced at least twice where the dealership failed to correctly locate and resolve the cause. The first time it would not start without significant effort (turn the key, chug-chug-chug-stop, chug-chug-chug then start process, this is for a brand new car). DHs service reps could see the problem and experienced it for themselves. Their service technicians however reported consistently that they could not find anything wrong. They eventually discovered it was a fuel pump problem and fixed it. The second time the car would not start. Their service rep then put the car in neutral, rather than park, and they were able to get the car started. Unsurprisingly their service technicians were unable to find anything wrong with the vehicle yet again despite the service rep having had to take the care out of park and into neutral to get the car started. Were currently consulting an attorney to determine what legal recourse is available to us. That it has come to our consulting an attorney is an indication in our experience of the the service available from this dealership. Another reviewer reported that they "Liked my salesman, not a fan of the repair center." Beyond not liking them, were going legal. Its that bad. My advice would be to steer clear of them. The difficulties of ownership over the life of the vehicle is a huge part of owning one of their vehicles.

We purchased two vehicles from Dick Hannah a little over a year ago. In addition to purchasing two vehicles, we also purchased service contracts and GAP insurance. Since the purchase of the two vehicles, we refinance one of them, and traded the other one in. After doing so, I contacted the company who administers the service contracts and GAP insurance to find what we need to do in order to receive a refund for the prorated amount. They specifically told me, all I would need to do is take the refinance documents and the purchase order from the new vehicle into the dealership where the cars were purchased, proofing and showing them that the vehicle loans would be paid off, and they would issue us a check for nearly $2200 that was owed to us, and we could bypass the entire process of having to go through the lenders. It has been nearly THREE WEEKS since we did exactly what Southwest RE told us to do, the company who supplies the contracts for the dealership to sell and we still have NOTHING FROM DICK HANNAH. When we call, all we are told is that its policy and they need to see the loans paid off. Absolutely HORRIBLE service, still waiting for the nearly $2300 that is owed to me and both vehicles have been paid off, JUST LIKE THE CONTRACTS WE BROUGHT TO THEM IDICATED WOULD HAPPEN. Absolutely disgusted with Dick Hannah and expect a resolution.

Heres a case of the thinking you were born yesterday. The one two punch. I cant downsend this dealership for all and everyone; but taking a day to drive from West Linn to Vancouver isnt a drive id want for fun. For one, theres the new dealership tactic ive seen of writing bogus reviews. Oh hi, im _______ and im writing about my self because he helped me soo much that I didnt even have to make this transaction. I just wrote a review instead. Runs in the same format, see for yourself. Wish Google would fix this, because theres no way a car sharks NOT going to change his tactics to help the consumer, and instead sabotage our tool of the internet. For second, theyll lie and act stupid to get your every dollar. Go with confidence, a suit of genuine battle ready armor. They expect to strip you. Speak to the sales consultant and climb the high hierarchy to discuss business. I was looked at like an idiot for my age and given the excuses from kelly blue book to im just trying to earn my money. Dont forget many of these people would lie about their familys. Walk straight to the ones making the actual prices or walk away. Its business or games, your choice. This is strictly for the sales. Dont get duped. VW has a lowly US network.
