We bought a BMW X3 from Brian about three weeks ago. Our experience working with Luxury Motors was so incredibly good, I felt compelled to write about it. First off, the market for used X3s with low miles is extremely tight in the Northwest. My wife and I had shopped most of the other luxury brand resellers in the SE (and there are surprisingly many) but we committed to Brian for a variety of reasons. The first reason is that he asked us specifically what we were after: make, model, year, color(s), options, and unlike the other dealerships, who just kind of shrug their shoulders when they dont have what you want, Brian took down my info. and contacted me about two days later saying he was going to buy two X3s (with the specific criteria we wanted) and he was going to let us have first right of refusal on both cars if we didnt like either of them for whatever reason. He also said he was going to let us see both cars before they went through their respective inspection and detailing process, so we could see what shape both cars were in upon delivery. Good to his word, about four days later the first X3 arrived and Brian gave me a call. My wife and I didnt love the color in person, so we decided to wait for the second car to ship. When the second X3 came in, Brian called us again and we came down and found the car to be in fantastic condition. Brian said it would take a couple of days to detail the car and to take it for its inspection and warranty work over at BMW. He knew we were temporarily without a car, having sold our previous one, so he graciously lent us one of his cars (Acura MDX) to use while our X3 was being prepared. This is the second reason we chose to go with Brian and LuxMoto, the personal commitment to the sale. When our car was finished we met him at his office and after we finished signing all the paperwork, he told us he was going to pay for the second key (this car only shipped with one copy) as a present to us. He just needed about a week to have one delivered from Germany - this is no small gesture at $325 per key. When it was discovered that the pre-sale alignment was missed (as recommended by the BMW tech) Brian gladly paid for this as well (about $150 value). The best car buying experience weve ever had - I cant recommend Brian enough.

I bought one 2008 BMW X5 from them and they show me the carFex report is a clear title no any of accident records and the car looks new so i bought it, but after 3 months lots of problem happen in this car, the paint of the front and back bumper star pull of also the water gets into one of the head light too, so i bring it to kuni bmw they said it will cost me about $1800 to get the head light fix, then i ask how come the warranty doesnt cover, they told me because someone open the bumper and fix it before by themself not of the BMW Dealer , so the warranty will not cover that part, they also told me this car might have a accident before. The day after i call this Luxmoto ask them why all of this happen, is the car has a accident before, they just told me the car has been paint it doesnt mean it has a accident before, maybe it has a few scratch on it so they just try to fix it about that. OMG that is totally bullshit. so i pay for a $1800 to fix the head light, but is not end, its been olny a month one of the trailgate light has water gets in too, OMG!!! but this time is luck me the warrantty does cover for this one!!! Thanks God ! Forgot to mention thats also a few problem fix under warrantty. According to all of this i decide to tray that in so i bring it to Toyota want to tray a 4 Runner, but after they check all around my car they said this car has a accident before because they paint all of the front part including the engine cover too. so they only offer me $27000 for this X5. so i decide not to do that. finally i tray that in for a Acura TL, Acura gave me $28500 for the X5. Also after that i bring all of the document to the Luxmoto have them to cancle that dumn warranty for me which they charge me $3900 before, and the guy forget to help me call the company to cancel the wanrantty for me, so the company charge me an other $800 for it only have $2700 to refund it to me !!!! so it is not good at all

I totally agree with Briane P on her reviews on Google and Yelp from earlier in 2016. My wife bought a 2008 Acura MDX in Dec 2014. We were shown a clean car fax and clean title. We bought the car then late 2016 my wife decided to look into trading it in on a new MDX or Infiniti SUV. That was then we found that we too had a bad Autocheck report (Id never even heard of this before) that showed the vehicle had FRAME DAMAGE. We owed about 19k on it (after the stupid and useless warranty and special "aerospace" paint treatment which i tried to talk her out of) and both Acura and Infiniti dealer said theyd give us between 7 and 8 grand for a trade due to the frame damage. We looked through all the paperwork that my wife signed alone the next day, and sure enough there was a form stating this. But the salesman I spoke with said nothing of it and my wife didnt know to look. I have personally bought 63 cars of my own, only 3 of which were bought from dealers, and now you know why. Oregon DMV says as far as they are concerned the car is fine. I have emailed Autocheck for a response. To say I am upset about this is an understatement and in 35 years of buying cars I have never felt so ripped off. I have also submitted a form 6504 to Oregon DMV dealer investigations to get some resolution on this. So what do we do with a car owing $19000 that is worth $8000 on a good day. If not for the frame damage wed double that. And there is NOTHING wrong with the car. Have had it checked out on the front end when doing strut work and it is fine, even holds an alignment perfectly too. Last time I buy from a dealer. Period!

Worst car experience ever. You may read positive reviews of this place because they give off a great first impression, I was swooned too. Nice salespeople, attractive collection of vehicles for sale, etc. HOWEVER, SINCE THE DAY I BOUGHT MY CAR FROM THEM I HAVE REGRETTED IT. I told them from the beginning I didnt want to purchase a warranty. Yet somehow, amidst the signing of countless papers to purchase the car, the $2000 cash I thought I was putting towards my car… was actually being put towards a $2000 warranty. I tried to dispute this later and was only given a phone number that lead to nowhere and told that I signed the papers so there was nothing they could do. That warranty did absolutely nothing for me except take my $2000. WORSE THAN TRICKING ME INTO a $2000 WARRANTY...I am now finding out through CarMax (as Im looking into buying a new vehicle) something VITAL about my cars history that LUXURY MOTORS NEVER told me!! The auto check vehicle history report shows that exactly one month prior to my purchase of my car from Luxury Motors… My car was sold at an auction to LUXURY MOTORS after it was reported to have FRAME DAMAGE!!! Luxury Motors NEVER TOLD ME THAT THE CAR I WAS PURCHASING HAD FRAME DAMAGE! NOR THET IT WAS BOUGHT AT AN AUCTION!! They advertised and told me it was a single owner vehicle. Im furious. Not only does this mean Ive been driving a car that is unsafe if I were in an accident, but now as I go to resell my vehicle the value is literally cut in half due to LUXURY MOTORS NOT PRESENTING ME WITH ALL OF THE INFORMATION.
