I am so upset right now. I can not think straight. My daughter and I went in on Friday to Purchase a vehicle. Long story short. PDX auto mart is screwing with my daughter and Mother in Law. 1st the Tahoes Ebreak fell apart on the day after on her way back to sign paper work because their printer conveniently stopped working Friday night when we were there. 2nd they told my daughter and in laws that they were sending a tow truck to take it to there shop to be fix. (mind you it is Wednesday and my daughter still does not have her new truck when her dad and grandfather could of had it fix that night it broke down) The Tahoe did not get picked up until Monday late morning. 3rd she found out yesterday that the place she was suppose to be financed with deny her. So when she called the dealer to tell them her and her grandmother will find another finance company they told her they have her all ready financed with another company. She asked who it was with... They would not tell her they kept talk over her and said they got it financed but would not give her the name. To top that off she asked if the tahoe was fix and what was fixed on it they would not tell her. They just said it will be fixed. I am one very upset momma and dont like when someone messes with my kid.

My son and I had a very good car buying experience with PDX Auto Mart. They answered all of our questions and concerns. I was able to drive the car off the lot on a Saturday by letting them know I had been pre-approved for the car loan; because of this convenience for me (I live in St. Helens) I needed to call my insurance company and have them fax over the new car coverage and I was asked to sign a back-up contract (in case I actually was not pre-approved). The dealerships way of protecting themselfs. Four days later I received a call from Bob reassuring me that they had been in touch with my bank and I would be receiving a call from the bank later on this date. I did receive the call; discussed the terms and electronically signed the paperwork. This was "The Best" car buying experience I have ever had in the past 35 years! I will without a doubt return to these guys for my next car and recommend others to do the same. Debra S.

From the moment we called we were greeted very professionally and upon our arrival to see the used truck they had for sale we were sue parishes with the level of service that we received. We were told we could take the truck for a test drive without a sales person bugging us and upon on return they wrote up the deal and we were in and out within less than fifteen minutes . Their staff were not commissioned so we were not pressured or chased out even though we told them we had to sleep on the deal and that we would not make a decision the same day. The following day,I called to let them know we would take the deal. Once we got there vehicle was cleaned and even filled with gas for us. Paper work was a breeze and no upselling took place. For a smaller used car dealership they did a fantastic job and we will definitely consider buying from them again.

Jim gave GREAT customer service and was very personable and caring. The finance department however for as so called 1st time buyer (which I am not, I have bought several cars with banks in the past) and being an in house financing, they could have helped. I wasnt asking to buy a super expensive car, just one to help get my business back on the ground and within my budget. I had spoke for a week with the sales team for a week and expressed not to waste my time if you couldnt do a zero down.. The owner did try to intervene, but was in such a hurry he actually dampened my thought on it more. Eric, Gary & Jim were great, but I wouldnt recommend the finance team for a 1st time buyer. ( since that is what they call me) I have been a business owner for years!

We went in the first day super skeptical because of some bad experiences at other dealerships, everyone was super awesome and understanding when we said we didnt feel ready just yet. We slept on it and came back first thing the next morning, ready to test drive and look at some more cars. We worked with Clint who was awesome! He was never pushy and always honest. He answered any questions we had truthfully and was very straight forward. Clint made this experience a pleasure and we will definitely be coming back to him when we are looking for another vehicle. Thank you everyone for all the help! We would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come here!

Im ULTRA skeptical about everyone, especially used car salesmen, so when we set out to purchase a used vehicle from PDX Auto Mart, I was prepared to question everything. Yes, it is a used car dealership, and yes they use the "4 square" when negotiating terms. However, in the end we took home a great truck that was exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price & terms. We are planning to take the truck to a mechanic to get their perspective on the mechanical soundness of our purchase, and I will update this post later with info about whether or not we got a good deal! So far, the truck has been great, no complaints!

I bought an 03 Silverado. I put a deposit on it from out of state so they would hold it for me. I didnt notice the mismatch rim sizes, the suspension was shot. I spent 4900 getting all the suspension work and new rims and tires to spec size which is a 17 inch rim. When I put the right size rims and tires on, it rubbed on the front right side. Neddless to say I had to take it from mechanic shop directly to body shop 2100 to fix the front end. $7000 in repairs to make it a usable truck. Just saying. Dudes were nice and friendly make sure you bring a mechanic with you so you dont have the same problems I did.

Gary was extremely helpful, and surprisingly, zero amount of pressure! You expect any salesperson to try to push a sale on you or find you a whole different car than the one you want, but instead he was you pick what you like and Ill make sure thats the one youll end up having. He went above and beyond answering all my questions and even topped it with taking the car to the mechanic and inspected everything because the car was too good to be true! The Lexus is a great pick and thank you Gary for all the work you put into this deal. It was definitely a pleasant experience.

This is THE place you want to buy your used car! Amazing experience, I just bought a Chevy Tahoe from them and it has been a pleasure doing business with Mak. He is very friendly and helpful, polite and very important not pushy! Just awesome! The only have quality cars and well maintained vehicles. Small place with big future!
