First time car buyer, I was soooooo impressed with how this particular dick Hannah dealership runs apparently Dick Hannah has different people in charge of each dealership. We arrived with an apt for Dick Hannah Kia parked on the street and some sleazy salesman from Dick Hannah Toyota tried to convince us to go to his dealership that really pissed me off. The experience at Dick Hannah Kia was the way car buying should be our salesman Steve had been answering my questions for over a week by email when we arrived he saved us from the sleazy Toyota salesman. Took a few minutes to get to know us was very very friendly as we started with some of the pre-credit paperwork he did a great job explaining it. During the test drive he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer a multitude of questions. As we started dealing with the price he understood my concerns and was very responsive. He made sure I understood all the different options and when everything was said and done I saved at least 4,000 to 5,000 dollars compared to other Kia dealers in Gladstone. We did trade in a pick up truck and we walked out to our new Kia, sweet sweet STEVE Had put the steering wheel cover on that we accidentally left on the truck on are new car and a little pebble I gave my wife a long time ago was sitting on the dash of our brand-new car. He understood what is important. I was able to talk to the general manager ironically I had spoken with him earlier and had no idea he was in charge of the entire operation such a down-to-earth guy he said something to me that I think he really believes. Car buying should be fun, you just have to treat people right. As a first time car buyer I couldnt imagine going anywhere else and dealing with people like the guy from Dick Hannah Toyota. I drive for a living this car is my office and without it I dont collect a paycheck just so you understand the importance of this decision for my family and I felt like family at Dick Hannah Kia and not the relative you dont like but the one you havent seen an embrace with open arms.

Ive been to the service department on two separate occasions. The first was to buy parts, as Im somewhat mechanic-phobic and like to do the work myself. The people in the parts department were courteous and didnt look at me with skepticism or try to treat me like an idiot. They also gave me honest and straightforward information; I was about to buy more parts than I needed and they volunteered the truth about what they normally replace during a similar job in the shop (timing belt) and advised against spending more money on parts I dont need (idler pulley and water pump). Anyone else would have just sold me the parts... My second experience was for a recall repair on the stop lamp switch. The staff were clean cut and courteous. Its clear that there is a good attitude coming right down from the top of this company. This was a far better experience than the one I had at a different Kia dealership in the Portland area. At no point in the experience did the staff attempt the hard sell on a repair I didnt need. They seemed to be able to figure out pretty quickly what I was willing/able to pay for and felt empowered to let me stay in my comfort zone. I also felt like phone conversations with the dealership were never hurried. Thats unusual in my experience. The employees all seemed to act like they had all day for my trivial concerns. Its a nice touch. It takes a forward thinking manager with a view for the long run to allow his/her staff to focus on the customer rather than the immediate sale or the next task. Somebody at this dealership knows what theyre doing. I will absolutely come here again when my car needs its next service.

Dick Hannah Kia I just arrived home after purchasing my brand new 2014 Kia Soul. A car that I have been interested for a few months. My first intention was to get a brochure and look at a couple of styles that the Soul has to offer and think about it for a couple of days. My saleperson Carey Hicks showed me various options from the basic to the premium model which I had an opportunity to test drive which I first was reluctant but glad I did . The Soul was exactly what I was looking for. After we got back from our test drive, I told Carey what I am looking for in a new Soul. First the color choice was white and that it had alloy wheels. Carey took me all over the lot to show me my options. Fortunately, due to their Memorial Day Sale, I found the one I wanted which the price marked down quite significantly. Carey took me back to the office and I filled out some paperwork. My biggest concern was to make my monthly payment as minimal as possible. They gave me a decent trade in value of my 2005 Volvo S40 which I had for over 9 years. They managed promptly to find financing with a decent rate and got my payment within my reach. It also has the GAP & Comprehensive coverage in my payment which will give me peace of mind. After all was said & done and the paperwork was signed, Carey gave me my brand new set of keys, programmed my cell phone to the Bluetooth and I was on my way. I am so glad I went to Dick Hannah and would recommend to anyone who is interested in buying a car. Their service was above and beyound what I expected. I will a repeat customer thats for sure. Keep up the great work!

I had been looking for a Kia Amanti for a while and since Kia no longer makes them and people seem to hold on to them forever I decided to check with some of the local dealers. Chucky K called me and let me know that they just got a really nice one with low miles so I made arrangements to come by the next day and check it out. Everyone was very friendly and Chucky allowed me to go back to where they were detailing it and get a first look to see if it was something that I was interested in. I was really impressed with how good it looked and the care that David A took in detailing it out. Aside from the normal detailing they replaced the fluids, put on new tires, wiper blades and bulbs so it was almost as good as new. While we were there Rachel S, the manager stopped by and chatted with us for a while and before we knew it Ginger S, had us signing the paperwork and it was ours... well as soon as the registration comes through. By the time we were done Chucky drove the car around to the front of the showroom with a full tank of gas and we were off. One thing I might add, if you get there early enough in the morning you can have wonderful cookies along with your coffee. Overall Dick Hanna Kia is a wonderful place to purchase a vehicle whether new or used, the folks are downright friendly and bend over backwards to make you purchase as easy and painless as possible plus the place is immaculate not just the showroom but every place that I went.
