They sold me a lemon. Literally on my way home with it the check engine light came on..they "fixed" it for me and it came on a few days later. Followed by a constant string of problems including, the alarm sounding nonstop, wiper fluid leak, grinding brakes, screen display shuts it self off, seat belt lights and alarm sounds for no reason and wont stop..battery has died on me a few times and they send you to some sketchy guy at brake team to fix the shitty car they sold you. After all this they offered to trade me out but Id lose 1500 in the deal. Thanks guys but I learned my lesson. (Not to mention they have your plates delivered to them and never bother to let you know they have them)

We were looking to buy our growing family a larger vehicle. We happen to come across a Q7 online at West Coast Auto Group. Our appointment was easily made and we went and saw Barry that same day. He showed us his inventory and then we test drove a couple of his vehicles. Fell in love with the Q7. It was an awesome environment, no pushy salesmen, and felt like we were in and out in a few hours. They low balled me on my trade and told me they could not give me more because of a small dent in the bumper. They said they would have to fix it first. They have it listed for double what they paid me and lied about fixing it. Their detailer is dishonest as well. I asked for a couple things I forgot to grab out if the trade, and conveniently no where to be found. I dont think a honest car dealership exists!

Barry at WCAG tried to sell me a lemon. He was 100% ready to sell me a car...I test drove it... Then I mentioned an inspection...He told my inspector it was not ready for inspection! How can you be ready to sell a car that you will not have inspected? Stay clear of these goons.
