STOP!! PLEASE READ BEFORE DEALING TO ALAN WEBB!!! March 1st 2017 My husband and I purchased a GM certa transmission thru a certified Chevy dealer ship for his 2003 Chevy Silverado on august 17th 2016. At the time of purchase and install the GM warranty stated parts and labor would be covered if anything were to go wrong and was not an install issue. My dad installed the transmission in a full service shop, august 20th doing everything correctly including flushing the cooler not once but three times. A few months after the install of the Trans it started to slip in 2nd gear so we brought it to Alan Webb Vancouver WA on November 11th to be repaired. On November 17th Alan Webb said they diagnosed it and I need a whole new Trans, but GM would only cover the parts not labor. So we showed them the warranty paper stating that parts and labor were included. Then on December 12th we were told by Alissa at Allen Webb that parts and labor were covered “100% no matter what”. After being told multiple time in person and via text the trans would be covered completely we received a call from David with Allen Webb December 22nd saying that the trans was diagnosed AGAIN and they found the cooler was plugged so it was an install error and warranty was void. my husband called my dad, so my dad went down to Alan Webb to talk to them. He told them everything was done properly just like they’ve done with the other GM Trans they’ve installed at there shop. In return he was called a liar and they wouldn’t talk to him only with my husband. My husband and I went in and they told us we were screwed by the shop who installed it(my dad) because they never flushed the cooler. So we asked why the first diagnostic came back clear and after being diagnosed a second time came back faulty. David said it was never diagnosed a first time and they would fix the trans and restart my warranty for $2041.00 so my husband said we will take the truck out and bring it somewhere else because it was already there for 41 days and we felt like we weren’t taken seriously and being lied to. Then my mother posted a review on their web site of how we were treated and my husband received a call the following day and was told if we toke the reviews down they would lower our cost to $1,192.00. So on January 3rd 2017 we paid the 1,192 and picked up the truck. Our invoice from Alan Webb stated that if any more reviews were posted it would void our GM warranty. On February 16th truck stared slipping the same way it did when I brought it in in November. So we went back to Alan Webb and met with the service manager. He was very rude and unapologetic. He said he wasn’t aware of the first diagnostic. He said he wouldn’t do anything for us beside fix the Trans. My husband said he don’t think they even repaired the bad parts and the manager said they put a whole new Trans because it was too overheated to rebuild and they can’t rebuild Transmission s in there shop any ways. So he lied because our invoice stats the parts that were put in to rebuilding our Transmission . And it was the same case that was in there when we brought it in at first. We were very upset and didn’t want to bring it to them again after our past experience with their dishonesty. So we brought it to DSU Portland (Great place!!) February 21st and got it back March. Allen Web is a bunch of thieving lying crooks who already have a bad reputation, Do your self a favour and dont make your self feel dirty by dealing with these guys.

My problem started a month ago.... I dropped off my car because the stabitrak, traction control, abs and check engine light were all on. I rented my own car and left it with them several days. I get a call saying I need about 2900 in work, besides the fuel injector cleaning nothing would be considered wear and tear mait. I was told that most pressing stuff would be about $1000, mind you my car has about 67,000 miles. My last oil change I had done at this same dealer the service advisior told me my warranty had expired. Fast forward to 2 days after dumping a $1000 on my car and poof the check engine light is back on. I call my service advisor and no answer so I leave a message. NO CALL BACK but has the nerve to send me texted messages asking for a review. So a week later I call back and she informed me that only the same technician can do the same work and he wasnt in but one saturday a month. So being a single mom with a single car I take that appoinment. A week later imagine my surprise when my traction control and stabilitrak comes back on, at this point I am MAD. I leave a message with my advisor and leave a facebook review which got a small ball rolling. The service manager floyd gets ahold of me and sets an appointment for the following Monday and promises to pay for my rental car. Guess what he also told me... THAT I HAD A WARRANTY AND THAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN BILLED!! He promises that I will get reimbursed and that HE would personally make this right. Monday comes and I show up to srop off my car and he is not there and they try to put me with the same service advisor that wouldnt bother returning my car. I refused and the guy told me then we dont have an appointment for me and that I WOULD BE THE ONE JUMPING THREW HOOPS TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I call chevy customer service and filed a formal complaint(called twice now and NO return call). During this time they find a service advisior to squeeze me in. My car at this point is fixed however neither floyd nor chevy customer service have called me back about the money I am owed. I am beyond mad that as a loyal chevy customer I am being treated like this. I will be contacting the BBB and washington state attorney general and use my big mouth to let people know how they treat customers

Ive been really struggling with this dealership. I put $5000 down and signed a 6-year loan for a 2012 vehicle with only 26,700 miles on it. Salesman was very patronizing talking to me like I was a 16 year old (Im 49) but he was young and trying too hard so I let it slide. Then the sales manager either pretended or was really on the phone with the bank "trying to get me a lower interest rate" and was literally yelling at the person on the other end (if anyone was even on the other end). Totally unprofessional behavior! I even told him he was making me nervous by doing that. Then 2 days after I buy the vehicle the airbag light came on and the car wont remote start. Yes I bought the vehicle "as is" but shouldnt a dealership somewhat stand behind their sales?! Especially after only 2 days!?! The sales manager was really curt and told me hes seen people buy a car for a lot more money than I did and have the engine blow up in an hour and theres nothing the dealership has to do. What the heck ever happened to customer service? I havent bought a car in 15 years and wanted to enjoy this experience. Instead its been miserable and I feel like crying. I also saw on my paperwork afterwards that there was a $150 documentation fee (not required in state of Washington) that they didnt say a word to me about. I realize its my responsibility to very carefully go over the paperwork before signing it so Im to blame, but I feel very stupid and mad at myself that they managed to sneak this past me. I also saw on Carfax report that the vehicle had 2 owners before me, after the salesman said to me about four times that theres only been one owner and it was an elderly couple. Its not a big deal to me that there were two owners, but a lie is a lie, and again, I feel stupid for not checking Carfax report before just believing the salesman. Im a single mom and had finally after years saved enough money to put a down payment on a car and have a nice reliable vehicle,... and Alan Webb Chevrolet has been a miserable experience.
