I was tired of getting turned down everywhere & they treated me fair and with respect. The comment justin left is mistaken because the INTREST IS INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE!!! The are the exact definition of what good customer service is. If they dont have what you want/need on their lot, theyll find it. Their mechanic Levi helped my friend fix her car and he was a true and honest gentlemen. No tricks or dirty deals. The owners are so nice and friendly. Im just taken a back by the amazing service provided by LG Auto. I would recommend their lot to anyone looking for a car. Maygen P. Of course I was apprehensive about buying a used European car because of their said electrical system problems that occur after so many miles, but LG Auto did an outstanding job at making sure it was a sound vehicle before putting it on their line to be sold. That car was my everyday driver for a little over a year and I never had any problems with it and to this day I dont, which is why I went back when I was ready to actually start my first ever auto loan. I purchased a 2006 Lexus IS 250, and the finance department did an outstanding job getting me a great interest rate for a 1st time buyer, and made sure I had a comfortable monthly payment! Overall Id have to say both of my experiences with LG Auto have been amazing, and I highly recommend going there. Kaleiah D. Nothing but liars and sharks that work here! Buying a car from this place is all smoke and mirrors! Buyers beware! First off, we were told that everyone that works there is 100% completely honest with their customers and thats why they have so many repeat customers. (Thats a lie!) We found a car that we really liked, went inside to talk about numbers and then I asked Van for the CarFax report, when he returned with his manager, I thought to myself - "This is going to be good" His manager then told me that the car that we were interested in was bought from an auction and that he had NO IDEA the car had a Rebuilt/Salvaged Title. They played it off as if it were no big deal and he told us that we could easily get a Rebuilt/Salvaged Title repaired! Yeah Right!! (Theres another lie!) If its so easy, then why didnt the manager already have it done! Its against the law for car auctions to sell a vehicle without listing the condition of the vehicles title. He knew exactly what condition the title was in but instead played it off to ignorance. They might have been able to fool other people, but theyre not fooling me!! I might have been born at night, but it wasnt last night!!! I will NEVER go back there and I would highly suggest that you dont either!!!

In the market for a new vehicle and read the good reviews, so thought we would stop. We were hunted down by the salesman before evening walking onto the lot and he thought it appropriate to begin the sales pitch with a cigarette in his hand. We smoke too, but this it is nasty when smokers just ASSUME others want to be around it. That is NOT professional. Anyways, we let the man know what our price range was and he continuously tried to sell us vehicles that were 5k over out top end price. After not too long we realized that he was not going to give us room to look around on our own (since he was only offering up info on cars far outside our price range), so we decided to leave. He had grabbed our contact info and promised to call the next day with any additional information on new cars bought at an auction the previous day. Not surprised at all....but he didnt call. I highly suggest that you DONT listen to the positive reviews and avoid this place at all costs. Also, isnt it always funny when something goes wrong with your car after going car shopping. This time I got a flat tire out of nowhere. Not accusing, but definitely interesting...

I HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere. I spoke with a salesman before coming to see a specific car, after a three hour trip to the dealership, the car wasnt detailed and the anti-freeze and other fluids under the hood were empty. No dealership should ever attempt to sell a car without filling the fluids or vacuuming it out! On top of the condition of the vehicle, when I came to the negotiating table (thankfully with thorough research and a clear understanding of the vehicle I was looking at), the manager attempted to fake a list of amenities the car DID NOT actually have to justify listing the price nearly $3k over what it was worth. When I pointed out his errors, he aggressively harassed me, stomped out of the room and slammed the door. His childish temper was absolutely inappropriate and his fraudulent sales tactics should be noted. I was extremely disappointed to have spent 6+ hours of my day to visit this dealership, and DO NOT recommend ever purchasing a car from them. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
