Dont ever. And i mean dont ever try to service your car here. If you finance, great ! They can square that away. But make sure you really test everything before you buy. They will act all nice and do what they can to get you to finance but when u find an issue and they offer to repair it, you are better off repairing it somewhere else. I found a good amount of problems and theyve offered to help which i accepted and this is where i begin to rate 1 star. The first time i brought it in, they told me i would have it back by the end of the day. I brought it in early in the morning. By 6pm they closed and i got no word from them, and i was stuck without a car. First excuse came from mourad saying he forgot to call . I was nice enough to not say anything and just hope it was an honest mistake and waited patiently. Get the car back and they only fixed 80% of everything. They tell me i need to come back in 5 days for a part to come in to fix the rest. 14 days pass and i get zero word from them so i bring it in myself. Same story, im told i will get it by the end of the day, and again no call, no car. Im stuck once again. I had one of the employees personal cell. No response. I message their offerup advertising, no response. Man are they good at acting all nice. Never again do i want to deal with this dealership. Their employees may be nice, but have terrible customer service. I will never consider this place ever again.

Avoid this dealership!! The good reviews on here are made by the salesmen and employees from the dealership. Robert actually works there. They did not give out temp tags to drive off the lot. Told me it was fine because the tabs were still good. That was a lie. They told me that they would take care of title and registration right away. They didnt file the paperwork until two or three days before the 45 day temp tags expiration was up which they did not provide in the first place. I called the DMV and got confirmation that they never sent in any paperwork to transfer title and registration. I went down to the dmv because it was close to the 45 day expiration date and registered the car myself after they magically transferred the title. They did this after the multiple calls I gave them. They didnt mentioned that the car needed to take a emission test also. More money out of my pocket. Like the other reviewer said buy from anywhere else but here. Avoid the headaches.

I love Adamss car sales I bought my very first car through them. They were very nice, informative and helpful.I ended up purchasing a chevy Malibu that was fully loaded with everything that I wanted and it even had rims on it plus a touch screen radio. Im very greatful that I went to them first its something truly special about the salesmen there they just are some real genuine people and I love that. And I can truly say that proudly with me being a young lady and not know a lot about cars. They were right there to walk me through the entire process. -Thank you Adamss car sales for helping me in my journey to purchase my very first car. Stay away! I REPEAT STAY AWAY! VERY BAD SERVICE. SOLD A CAR THAT HAD SUSPENSION ISSUES AND BAD HEATER CORE THEY PROMISED TO FIX IT CAR SAT WITH THEM FOR 3 WKS AND TODAY THEY SAID THEY ARENT DOING ANYTHING TO IT AND WE DONT HAVE A WARRANTY. WE HAD 3 LOANER CARS IN THE 3 WKS OF THEM SITTING WITH OUR PURCHASED CAR AND THEY ALL BROKE DOWN. THESE WERE CARS HE IS SELLING ON HIS LOT!!!!!!!! HE JUST PUT THEM BACK UP FOR SALE WITHOUT FIXING THOSE EITHER! WATCH OUT!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THIS IS A CROOKED DEALER THAT SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS! HE IS GREEDY, SHADY, MONEY HUNGRY ASAIN, THAT WILL GET WHAT HE DESERVES. MY GOD IS GREAT AND WE WILL PROSPER DESPITE HIS SHADINESS.

JUNK. JUNK. JUNK. I bought my car a little over one year ago and it is totally broken down now. The car is 2002 VW Jetta. From the very start I had problems. With the three month warranty I was probably in there about 5 times. He promise to fix it and when my warranty was up, wanted nothing to do with me and was rude. Now, my car is totally broken down and needs a new engine!! i cannot believe this place. As a military dependent i would NOT RECCOMEND anyone to go here especially our military because of the terrible terrible service I have received here from them. Go up the street to someone else. Do not buy anything from them unless you want to waste your money.

We just purchased our pt cruiser from them. i was pretty skeptical about buying a used car from what i thought to be a shady looking used car lot..lol, but I have to say I was fairly impressed with all the Associates, manager, and owner their. They went above and beyond to help us and ease any concerns we had about the vehicle and financing. They have a mechanic on site so if their are any problems with the car they have their guy look at it. We needed to get our battery replaced on the pt cruiser and they did it in a day + everyone got involved just to make sure we were happy customers. Customer Service was spot on and they were all helpful & super nice!

Professional, personable, realistic, clean and reasonable. This is my takeaway of Adam Car Sales. Yes it is a small lot but they bring in some quality cars. We got a BMW 3 series and, even though its only been two weeks, we are thoroughly satisfied. It does need a sensor replaced but hey its a used car you cant expect it to be perfect and thats a minor repair. If my satisfaction continues with this car I will be back to purchase another when my old jeep finally gives out. If something comes up that makes me no longer satisfied with Adam Car Sales I will update my feedback.

Nothing but junk! I bought a car from him and he promised to fix the a/c which he did not. Now,within the first 1000 miles I am having to do a transmission job. The tab is $2650 so far, The car is still in the shop. I will update this review in detail once I get my car back. With what I paid for a 1997 vehicle from this man and the amount I am spending in repairs almost immediately, I could have purchased the same vehicle in a 2005 model! My advice is to stay away from this dealer!

Adams car sells is a good car lot to go to if you are interested in purchasing a car. I only purchase exclusive items. So if your the type of person who is unique and loves to have the best of the best go to Adams car sales. Ive purchased cars from them that were fully load with everything I desired to have in a car. And being the bachelor that I am all of the ladies love all of my cars. Its doesnt get no better than Adams car sales. Go ask for Morgan hell get you right.
