As a car lover, I like to take care of my car. I used GT Auto Sales service department for a long while. During my use of their services, they have always been honest, informative, and nothing but helpful. Now however, it seems as if my vehicle and I dont mean a thing to them. JD used to help me whenever i was there and he was a great guy who really cared about the people and their cars. But now that he is gone I cant get good service to save my car! I scheduled an appointment last month and they told me they were too booked up to have me get my oil changed. Booked up? By who? I BOOKED AN OIL CHANGE WITH THEM. Which means that my appointment means less than someone elses. Well because of the great service I REMEMBER, I figured I could wait another month to get it done and stay loyal to what I thought was a great business. I made my online appointment (which mentions I would get a call back within 12 hours guaranteed to tell me whether or not it was approved), a few days went by and nothing. I called the morning of my scheduled appointment and of course, my appointment never made it, so once again I was out of luck. Their solution? Come back Friday or Saturday! One problem: I WORK. Thats why I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A MONDAY. So that is two times in a row that they have just brushed me off and delayed my oil change. Now, thanks to my mistake of trying to be loyal, I am two months behind on my oil change. Finally ever since JD left, all of their prices went up! I got a ton of price quotes from them before JDs absence and they all looked great! After JD left, I went in to get my power steering flushed and replenished. They charged me 30$ more than what JD quoted me AND they didnt warn, ask, or tell me about that until AFTER they did the service! Even though at the payment counter there is a SIGN that says "CUSTOMER MUST PAY BEFORE SERVICE BEGINS". Outraged at the price difference, I brought it up and the gentleman there merely stated " those were prices from when JD was here so we cant do that". All in all, it seems like JD was running this ship the right way. If I were part of the staff at GT Auto sales, I would strive to be more like him, because he made us average customers feel welcomed and appreciated for our business. I wont be returning and unfortunately my business will be going to CarPros Kia of Tacoma because they NEVER jerk me around like this. Its funny because I came to GT to help support a smaller business with better service. Unfortunately the same can no longer be said. -An Ex-customer

Sales 6647 S Tacoma Way Tacoma, Wa. 98409 On 1/28/2010, My wife and I purchased a 1997 Ford Taurus from GT Auto Sales. We paid $1500 down, with a remaining balance of 20 payments of $207.72. Each payment was due on the 27th of each month, to be deposited into an acct at Bank of America. During the first two weeks off ownership of this car, the transmission began slipping, and became inoperable. GT Auto issued a 30 day 50/50 warranty on repairs at the time of sale, and agreed to send the car to a transmission shop for repair, and we agreed to pay $900 for our part of the repair bill. Currently, we have paid $150 toward that amount. Our final payment of $207.72 is due on 9/27/2011, AND HAS BEEN PAID. We owe $750 on the balance of the transmission repair. We will continue to pay monthly 3 more payments of 207.72, and a final payment of $126.84, each month until the final amount due for the transmission repair is paid, on 1/27/2012. We will NOT PAY ONE CENT MORE FOR THIS CAR, NO LATE FEES, NO FURTHER CHARGES, AND WE DEMAND THAT OUR TITLE BE SENT TO US, UPON PAYMENT OF THE ABOVE DATE AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE. We have attempted to contact your company on more than 3 occasions, and have met with hostility, and recrimination, and refuse to contact you further. I have contacted the BBB of Washington, and The Attorney General of Washington State. And will continue to contact every agency and office that will receive complaints against your company. We have made every payment on time, and in full, and have been disrespected, and rebuffed by our attempts to contact your offices, and your personnel, to ensure the correct payment amounts, and to ensure our account is current and on time. WE OWE YOU NO LATE FEES, NO ADDITION FEES, AND WILL NOT PAY THEM. WE WILL TAKE YOU TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT, BEFORE WE WILL PAY YOU ONE CENT MORE THAT WHAT I HAVE OUT LINED ABOVE. I suggest that you send us a verification of this schedule, and move forward. Additionally, we request a copy of the original transmission repair, that was covered under the 30 day warranty, for our records. Page 2 We purchased a car from you in good faith, and have paid on time. And if this is the way that you treat your customers, you should be shut down, and put out of business. I expect a reply from you ASAP, and hope that the remainder of our interaction will be less stressful, for both of us. Sincerely Yours, David Armer

Everyone get a beer, maybe some nuts and pull up a chair. I have a story for yll. I need to rebuild my credit due to some dumb decsions in my past. After talking with various financial advisors it was decided that the best way for me to accomplish this was to get a new to me car. So, I asked my best friend where he got his car from. He told me to go to GT Auto sales. I am not shy about telling the people close to me about my financial life as they will help keep me accountable and he warned me that there was a possiblility that due to how far down the rabbit trail I had allowed my credit to go that there was a real possibility that I might be S.O.L. but that he would run me down there on our collectived day off and we would talk with the guys there to see if there was anything they could do for me. As soon as we parked we were warmly met and greeted by Rafeek. I explained what was going on and that this was mostly a fact finding mission for me. He understood completely where I was coming from and stated that he would look into what they could do for me. After taking some info we went out to the lot to look at what they had. I was shown a 2013 Dodge Dart and an 07 Mazda 3. I told him that if we didnt have to take anything into consideration I would rather have the Dart but that I wouldnt be upset to drive off in the Mazda. At this point we were assisted by Mark who helped fill out more information about my employment and financial history to make a more complete picture to present to the banks. Mark worked with Erick whom I can only describe as a financing wizard. Keep in mind that after effectively destroying my credit I decided to stop using credit for multiple years. So when my credit score was pulled I dont have a credit score. Erick was able to work some sort of magic that enabled me to drive off the lot in a 2013 Dodge Dart with a payment that will not be a burden for me and has offered for me to come back and see him after 10-12 mos and we will look at either maybe a trade in or a refinance. These three guys Rafeek, Mark, and Erick treated me with respect, never pandered to me, never tried to shame me for my fanancial history and got me a loan with favorable conditions with an interest rate that I didnt deserve and into a car that drives beautifully and is very clean. I wholly recommend GT Auto sales as the place to buy a car or truck. Go visit these guys even if you think you wont qualify and see what can happen.
