Horrible Horrible Horrible! !! If I could give a NEGATIVE rating I would! If you are looking for a vehicle do not go to this place or their other lot Treasure auto Sales. Long story short; went to buy a car at there lot, when we pulled in 3 salesman came walking out from the side of their building smoking Marijuana. My husband asked.. are you guys smoking pot? Their reply "hell ya" ! (If you choose to do so please understand that at a place of business with customers it may not be appropriate or appreciated ) this should have been our first clue.. anyhow, we proceed to purchase the vehicle. Sign papers put a significant down payment down ($2,500.00) and were to pick up the vehicle the following day. We were excited about our new car couldnt wait! So the following day we went in to get our new car the finance mng. Said they had filled out the paperwork wrong he fixed it just sign here.. oh and we need an additional $500.00 the bank said its a must or no deal. So we give them additional $500.00 now we are to take the new paperwork over to the bank and sign more papers. On our way over we notice the new paperwork has major changes, our interest rate up payment up $ 100.00 , vehicle purchase price was higher!! Um..no! We got to the bank asked them what the deal is with this.. they said we never asked for an additional $500.00 your payment is only this amount significantly lower then on the new paperwork all of it was insane oh and they had weaseled in an additional $3500.00 warranty service that they never told us about. Anyhow needless to say the bank said you will need to discuss this sith the car lot, we apologize for the confusion hope you get it worked out well would love your business. Nice and honest people there. So we called the all cars auto sales lot and told them we did not sign the final papers and would like to cancel this deal we want our money back will drop the car off in 5 minutes! They said we couldnt have our money back sorry! We when we showed up to drop off the car they said well you can have $1250.00 back we have to keep the rest for the fact you had the car tied up and we couldnt sell it. We felt maybe they would charge us the price of a rental car perhaps not over a thousand dollars! ! Needless to say they basically stole a thousand plus dollars from us. W have been in contact with our lawyer hope to eventually get are hard earned money back soon.. we have learned that what they had done to us is illegal and they are the biggest scam artists out there buyer beware! ! Forgot to mention we found in that time the door locks didnt work ha! Uhg!!!! Absolutely insane how horrible of an experience this was! Complete nightmare!

UPDATE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! 7 months ago my fiance and I bought a car from this place to find out when we got it appraise at a well known dealership, their "car-fax" was extremely inaccurate. All CARS AUTO SALES told us there were no accidents, this legit company went through auto check, a detailed and extensive history check. we found out this vehicle had not just one but two accidents, enough to where there was a police report on one of them. Also found out this vehicle had been leased and poorly maintained. 7 months later this dealership still does not sit right with me knowing we got duped and they got a great car in trade from me that was worth double what they sold me. we bought the car for 10k to find out the trade in was 2000 because they did not fix the mount of where the motor and engine are sitting. I will never ever do business with them ever again. PAY to have someone look at your vehicle before buying used, regardless of the reputation of where you get the vehicle from and do your homework! we are now stuck in this vehicle until we can pay it off. I consider this company to be walking a fine line of legality here. OLD POST--- WARNING... To all who decide to trade in your vehicle. Make sure your loan is paid off first and do not deal with this small dealership. Many mistakes were made with paperwork and my vehicle I traded in did not get paid off... Its been 55 days and still waiting. So now the loan this company was supposed to pay off in the agreement we made is now delinquent 2 payments and is reporting to the credit bureaus effecting my credit. Also I was mislead on the vehicle I was sold. When I directly asked "what is that noise" I pointed out exactly that. The salesman replied: "that is nothing and everything is great nothing is wrong with this vehicle." This is misleading and is a very gray area of being legal as there is something wrong with "that noise". So make sure you READ all documents before sighning and make sure 10-day payoff is paid within the 3 day buyers remorse law in Oregon.

They say they arent pushy but are, they will not negotiate and are very 2 faced. We got our bank to approve more on a loan and decided to sleep on it, called the very next day at 1230 and made a deal for them to detail the car i was interested in as it was very dirty for a car lot standard and i would be in at 6pm same day to sign the papers. Rico agreed whole heartedly very excited and 5:33p while my wife and i are stuck in I-5 bumper to bumper traffic Rico calls and says "oh, i hope u haven travel too far." why i replied..."oh this lady she um came and look at the car." he answerd i I said "you sold the car?" he then was like "yeah you know we sold the car." i then told my wife to hang up on this guy and would like to inform EVERYONE to not waste your time on these sketchy to begin with people as they are gumptionless and no problem wasting yours. A little further up the road if comming from I-5 there are plenty of customer service based dealerships who keep their word unlike these reneger flakes.

Worst purchase of my life. I bought a 330ci from them. The power steering was said to have been replaced. It was but not tightened and the power steering failed on my way home. I fixed it myself. Two weeks later the engine light comes on so I bring it to a bmw mechanic. They told me the car had $1500 worth of repairs that needed done. I fixed them all. The car then blew a coolant tank while sitting at a stop light two weeks later. I briefness the deal which they blew off stating it was as is. Then the car failed again and the head gasket blew which is a $3000 repair after only owning the car 3 months. I contacted the dealership hoping they could work with me to get it fixed or get a new vehicle. They offered me their dealer price at their mechanic (the same one who did the power steering). I said no way of course. Long story short I got no help and called the finance company to come get the car which set me back $9000 not including the money I put into the car. Terrible experience after the sale.
