Always give great service! At one point I had a bag of groceries missing by the time I went straight from Albertsons to home which had my familys desserts in it. I called them and they hadnt found it, but went looking. I figured I would go there and buy it again. When I got there I saw one of the sodas that was in the bag with the desserts. I also noticed that the desserts I had gotten had been faced since I had left 15 minutes prior. I had mentioned this to the cashier and again reiterated the bag was missing and may have possibly had its contents put away because they were all cold. They went ahead and zero to my balance and let me have them again. They always give fantastic service, even when swamped on cheap chicken Mondays! Even though the prices are higher than Walmart and they have a little bit less selection comma they have won me over with their customer service! A job well done!

So we have WIC and have never had problems with doing WIC with non-WIC items before until we came to Albertsons. When my wife goes to get our food it is expected by these cashiers and their so called "policy" to ring out the WIC ONLY items and by their "policy" it is expected to get out of line to get back into line and pay for non-WIC foods...Really? this has happened twice to my wife. My wife is hispanic. Im white. When I go to do it I dont ever have a problem with them doing both at the same time.. neither does it happen when it is my wife and me. But as soon as it is just my wife in the store doing WIC and grocery shopping they go by their "policy." Albertsons youve lost my business. I go to store who cares more about money than peoples skin color.

One of the employees (self check out clerk) here was making fun of a customers outfit. The woman was wearing something a bit revealing, but still had the "necessities" covered up, and might add she was a curvier woman. When she left, the employee came to me and made a comment, I didnt really respond, then went to another customer and proceeded to talk very poorly about the other womans outfit choice. Extremely unprofessional and really embarrassing that she thought it appropriate to do so in her work place.

Lady at the counter where you purchase tobacco products was absolutely rude. I asked for Kool shorts and she gave me the wrong cigarette along with a bad attitude. The time that this happen was on April 21st at 4pm. Every experience I have at this store is great besides this one. I will Continue to purchase from this store but because of the hostility of the counter lady I will not be purchasing Tobacco products from here ever again.

Very RUDE checkers here.... When we went in the checker said they ONLY TAKE 3 COUPONS.. and when we asked for a manager for an override because all other albersons will, she got on the phone and asked the manager, then snottly said, "thats what i thought", Hung up and told us no... Thats Fine.. WE WILL SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. What ever happened to Customer Service?

While I have always enjoying shopping at most Albertsons stores ( even though they are very pricey) I have stopped going to this store. The security guards are rude and make shopping uncomfortable by watching people and standing around the check out. Not everyone is there to steal Albertsons!!

Worked here for a short time while in high school, absolutely wonderful place to start out. Managers were understanding of mistakes but still made sure you got the job done. Its been a while since I quit and almost everyone still recognizes me and always treat me and my family very well.

The employees are very helpful and friendly. I always feel welcomed when I shop there and the checkers really make an effort and go above and beyond. They also have positive attitudes which I absolutely love because its irritating to talk to someone who isnt interested or doesnt care

Employees are awesome but there is usually long lines due to few cashiers being scheduled. If they would get their wait times down for checkout it could be a 4 star from me. Also a bit pricey at times,though they have some good deals during their sales.

They are so patient with WIC shopping here. I have had to use a few checks at once they will just close the lane so others dont have to wait. Their variety on baby food is good here as well. They also have great customer service and deals as well

Best grocery store around!!! The employees are very friendly and always go above and beyond. The store is also very clean. I have been shopping here for over 5 yrs and would drive out of my way to shop here. Thank you to all the employees!

What happened to their prices? Way way higher than before all the buyouts..WinCo crushes them by a lot on everyday items. And on beer the convieince store in the parking lot is considerably cheaper.

This Albertsons has a fantastic deli and produce section. The grocer really goes out of their way to accommodate you and they even allow you to return organic produce if it goes bad too quickly.

Very clean store and friendly period but the prices are so high you could only afford to buy a few items from their ad. WinCo is way cheaper so thats where I do all my grocery shopping

For the kosher eater, there is a small selection of kosher dry and canned food. Not pas yisrael, but kosher cheese in the specialty cheese section. Not great but better than nothing.

Best 1st aid supplies Ive ever found in a grocery store. Excellent prices for medications with caring staff. Choices far ranging in almost everything. Meats, seafood, deli etc.
