I was just discriminated against and embarrassed in front of all of the customers at Grocery Outlet by a checker name Virginia. As I was checking out she asked me if I needed to purchase bags? I said yes and then she proceeded to ask me would I be using EBT? I said no and proceeded to ask her is this was it common question that she asked every customer who goes through her line? She said she doesnt ask if they have their card or money out, which is completely ludicrous as I stood there and waited for the next customer whom just so happens to be a white woman, Virginia did not ask her the now infamous EBT question. I question Virginia about that and she yelled at me and said Im not going to argue with you, you dont have to shop at Grocery Outlet if you dont like my service. Wow!!!

Grocery outlet is saving my life. Im healthy and picky, but I dont have money to burn always shopping at Whole Foods and PCC. Grocery Outlet has a surprisingly good selection of organic, grass-fed, non-gmo, etc, foods at great prices. I cant say enough good things about everything thats available here. The drawback is that not everything is available all the time, but Im always able to figure something out with what theyve got, or because of the money Im saving, I can go to the other stores and be able to spend more on what I want from there.

This is a treasure trove, you would never know exactly what you would get here. Great prices on name brand products, especially in their NOSH (natural organic etc.) section. The fresh produce is short-dated, but is significantly discounted. Its a good place to buy fresh and eat fresh. Its also probably the best place to get La Croix and other fizzy water. I would recommend staying away from the unknown branded items, as the quality can be very much hit-and-miss.

Visiting Seattle? To save a little on your nights in and day to day staples, Grocery Outlet is a life saver. While Im busy dropping $45 on brunch downtown, its nice to not pay organic, farm to shelf prices on my daily banana. Dont get me wrong, Ill also pay top dollar for a farmers market peach, but you have to cut corners somewhere.That place is Grocery Outlet. Friendly staff and floors so clean I practically slipped on them.

I shop here several times per week. Selection and prices are good for what it is. Freddys will still have cheaper produce most of the time. Downsides are the hobos begging for herion money and longer wait times at checkout; if that bothers you then try Whole Foods at Roosevelt Square. Even more homeless and long wait times, and everything is overpriced instead of discounted.

I go to the Lake City grocery outlet. Im very grateful for their great prices on veggies and meats - everything. I will hate to see them go. I think its a sad comment on the community that it has to close because of thievery. And this was going on way before the immigrant population moved in, so dont blame it on them. Its a COMMUNITY issue. Just sad. Very sad.

Its a discount grocery store that always has an awesome selection of organic/fair trade items. The staff is always friendly and I love that its close to my home. While it doesnt have the full stock of items like a regular grocery, it does carry a wide selection of unique foods that is constantly rotating. I recommend hitting it up to see what is new and delicious!

Always fun to shop at Grocery Outlet. They always have the most random selection of products so you never know what youll find until you get there. A lot of products are heavily discounted, sometimes up to 80% off, just be sure to check the expiration date as most items have arrived at Grocery Outlet because they didnt sell at other stores.

Discount grocery outlet with a decent selection of produce, local brews and ciders, as well as various sundries. Sometimes the expiration dates may be a little close, but they maintain a clean, efficient store. The staff is always cheerful and helpful to the point of standing out amonst other grocery chains. Great quick grocery stop!

Good place to pickup household goods like laundry detergent, shower gel, and others. Also a good place to get k-cups and dry food. I would avoid getting other foods such as produce, meets, frozen foods, and other temperature sensitive items. They always seem to have a weird "sitting out in the sun too long taste"

Great wine selection! Most of what they have is inedible crap, remainders, and stuff I wouldnt feed to my worst enemy. Among the junk food, though, are things like 18 organic eggs for a little over $2, a liter of pure avocado oil for $13.99, and grassfed beef. You just have to look around.

Lake City grocery outlet has a large selection of food for being such a relatively small grocery store, and much of it both organic and reasonably priced. Good produce section too! And best of all, the staff is very friendly any day of the week, any time of the day.

Bargain prices for for food items that are lower than standard quality or bulk items that would be difficult for a small family to use before that item spoils. Great durable plastic shopping bags that can be reused.

Always an adventure! Cant always count on specific brands and sizes being stocked BUT a very good selection especially for organic fruits, vegetables and products at AMAZING prices. Today I saved $57!

On average, I save as much as I spend at this Grocery Outlet. I tend to buy food that doesnt perish quickly though. If I get vegetables or fruit, it all has to be eaten that day. Otherwise, they spoil.

Such amazingly friendly staff and really good stuff at great prices!! Has a large health food section and there are new stuff every day! If its cheap, get it now. It probably wont be there tomorrow.
