terrible experience, staff was very rude and the optomatrist lied in order to get our business. My fiancé was in the back getting fitted while I sat in the lobby. I overhear (which was not difficult) the receptionists talking to each other about my fiancé and how annoying she was on the phone. Let me preface by saying we were headed to Texas for a wedding and were desperate for corrective wear. My fiancé was calling around making sure that the vision center accepted our insurance and had trial contacts to walk out with. The receptionist was not happy that she had to answer my fiancés many irritating questions and didnt understand why people are too stupid to hear her the first time she says something. Needless to say I was blown away with the level of un proffesional behavior. Anyways, turns out they dont hold trail contacts! Which was one of the annoying questions my fiancé had. And when we said were going elsewhere the optomatrist said we would be charge for another exam out of pocket if we went elsewhere and that we should get them here. Turns out Walmart didnt charge us for the exam, we just had to buy the contacts. Im done, never going back. Hope you have a better experience.

Was told that I would get glasses that had NO LINE Bifocals. When I went in to pick up my order when they were ready I was told I owed $173.95 when my receipt said I owed $97.00 I showed them my receipt where I had already paid $60 at the time of the initial appointment. I showed them my receipt and she walked away with it whispering to another employee and then she came back saying I owed $173.95. I had waited 25 minutes to get my glasses, then told I owed more than what my receipt showed. These people will UPSELL you on stuff you dont need, and I dont think they ever billed my insurance for the $100 deductible I had. Felt that they just want to get you in and promise you things you dont need and then over charge you! I would not recommend them to anyone!! When I went back in to ask for my original receipt- they mysteriously couldnt find it...Go figure! This experience was from a Friend- Im posting on his behalf.

Dissatisfied customer indeed! I have always had an issue everytime I go there. Not only that, I get a very rude and unhelpful person nearly every time I call. When I broke my glasses and I had to get a new pair I was at work and couldnt make it until a half hour before they closed on a Friday. My daughters 2nd birthday was the very next day and I couldnt actually see it because they refused to see me even though Ive been a loyal customer for years. This time around I have done my contact fitting appointment and I am awaiting for my lenses to come in. I was told that I would get a phone call when they were in which they said would be 3 to 5 business days. This is the 9th business day and when I called yesterday I got an attitude that I didnt appreciate. Bad customer service. And very difficult!

This place as the absolute worst customer service ever!!!! They are so rude! The company that makes the lenses made a few mistakes with our 3 glasses order....not a big deal but kent valley optical never reached out to me to tell me about or the extra time it would take. Then when i went to pick them up the main guy there says you know this isnt our fault and we only have one day a week to call customers. REALLY!? We sat there for 20 minites waiting to pickup our glasses while they took 3 other people back that came in after us. Save yourself a trip and find somewhere else this place is a joke and i cant believe they are still in business.

Very dissatisfied... I was their customer for about 17 years. Came in yesterday to order my glasses, and after I have been sitting and waiting in the clinic for about 15 min, they told me to leave because they are closing for lunch. I just have to mention, they already had my prescription ready on their desk. I had my eye exam done couple weeks before . I just had to go shop around for frames, they do not have good frames. They returned my prescription and my frames back to me , and I found another eye clinic in Kent , were staff is friendly and treet their Customers good.

I found them from Google search and went there hoping to get my eyeglass frame (bent) fixed. I was not sure if they could when they asked me if I had gotten the eyeglass from them and I said no. They fixed it anyways. I asked how much I owed them and they said nothing. They cleaned the lenses also and had me try it on to make sure it was okay. I felt blessed by their kindness.

I went to order glasses first week of april and now its mid june still my glasses are not in. Very horrible service they might be cheap but i can go to americas best and get them in a week and have 2 pairs. Ill never refer them to anyone thats for sure they need to speed up the system. And just because they come from Spokane isnt an excuse Spokane isnt that far away.

After being a customer for nearly fourteen years I was treated like they could not trust me for the bill. Never once had they been cheated by me, yet I was humiliated in the office, I normally paid when the glasses were ready. When loyalty to their customers takes a back seat to $$$ it is time to move on to a more friendly eye care provider.

Have been with them for ten years. My mom lost her glasses a while back and went there to check how the prescription from last year fit her. She was told to either buy glasses with them or leave. When she explained that they were losing a customer, they just said "good bye." Dont go there if you have a choice. Incredibly terrible service.

They good but not that good , I do use the DSHS insurance , but they dont have a lot options of frams that the insurance can cover , they have few bad quality frams that u can choose and they are not in new condition !
